Hello Nicole. Just before I watched this video I watched a video from Japan where someone was eating a banana flower for the first time. It was very informative. I never knew they were edible even though we grew them in our back yard when I was a child. You are so right about not needing much money to eat well. I grew up in a working class suburb in Queensland Australia. Even though it was just a suburban block we had everything. We had chickens ducks fruits and vegetables. My father was a good provider and we never went hungry. We grew bananas watermelons, lemon, chokos, strawberries, tomatoes ,beans, gooseberries and many other things. We ate the older hens on special occasions as there were no frozen chickens in those days. your meals are always healthy.💖

Yum, Ginisang Puso ng Saging is my most fave veggie dish. I could eat it all day along with saba/cardava bananas be it banana-q, sweet banana or as is. I'm happy for your big sale at the market.
