So does difficultly effect the damage? cause I did this a while ago in normal and recently changed to hard then I noticed It takes 2-3 swings to kill some enemy's
That's a good question most times it takes two or three hits just depends where u hit them and you're stats has Alot to do with it also I think cuz I'm legend 300 so and you're right they updated the strength of some zombie's but as u saw in the video It only took two shots to kill a demolisher
Is this patched in any way to prevent/make extremely difficult the access to the bugged area? I tried during almost 1h30 and managed to cross from the corner of the room to the free fall area only twice. The first I ended up in the parking lot, the second my stamina depleted and I've left the mission area.

I did it today and I was just there military machete
What are the shoes for? Can't you get to the glitched arena directly without doing the first step on the video?
No you need them to do the little front flip in order to get glitched into the wall
I just downloaded and have completed 2 story missions is it possible super early on to go after these ?
If u chose to get Thoes then no and the Carnage hall is a dlc add on so u can go there whenever u want and get them
