Dope video. I bought the M3 by itself, bought 1 extra battery, Lekufee Waterproof Hard Case for $59, Freewell Variable VND 2-5for $39 Lume Cube STROBE Anti-Collision Light for Drones for $39 . SAVED AROUND $460
I bought the PGYTECH hard case, since I have the same shell for my Air 2 - but I like a shoulder bag for quick outings, just not the monstrosity with my Fly More. Selling that bulky mess. I got PGYTECH's semi soft shoulder bag, the onky soft case that fits RC Pro. It holds drone, 3 batteries, charger/hub and filters. What more could you want? Don't answer that!
Hey, I loved the video. My question is about the top of line hard case. First off, I fly the Mavic pro. My back up is the m3 standard. I'm not your regular flyer. Point in case. I gi everywhere with 9 batteries. Can you recommend a case if equal quality that could fit my needs. I realize I'm probably am needing two. I'm open to your ideas. Drone On.
Hey Jack. The DJI branded Wide angle lens on the way for Wednesday. That's the accessory I've been waiting on. It could be really good for creative shots. I already know it won't allow Hyperlapse because a Freewell filter was slightly twisted and I got a pop-up saying Hyperlapse "cannot be used with wide angle adapter" or similar. Interesting that it can detect its presence, disappointing that it restricts shooting modes.
It's amazing how much cheaper these things are now or at least for me I got the mavic 3 classic and it was less than $2,500 with the fly more combo with the RC controller. But I will agree the flimsy backpack bag that come with it was a joke it's the only thing that I immediately replaced with a hard case.
I prefer a camera backpack, $45 on amazon. That's what I've used for 3yrs with my M2, A2S and Mini2. I've traveled all over the US, Maine to Hawaii, no problems. It's also much easier to hike and bike with.
I only wish when I’d first got my fly more kit I would’ve sent my new bag back in as a trade in to Adorama to get that 70% of the $319 retail cost 😆 then buy a hard case
Thanks for the video. I also feel that the combo is certainly not worth it. That bag is a jack of all trades but a master of none. It’s way too heavy imo. Whoever purchases this drone will surely have a camera bag already anyway. And you’re right about that cine. It’s almost laughable at $5000 considering no one will even use those huge files anyway. One can always get the RC pro in the future. Lol Great points in the video thanks again. 👍
Andai saja aku punya drone dji .sangat senang hati ku hehe .tetapi tidak punya banyak uang untuk membeli nya .konten mu sangat bermanfaat pak .sehat selalu bersama keluarga mu di sana ya pak .sukses selalu .salam dari indonesia☺️🙏
hi man , so i am a total beginner , i want to buy a small drone that is fast and can do some tricks , i know how to fly them but i dont know anything about them , i have a budget of 100$
@@HalfChrome There has been an Air 2S combo with RC Pro since late December for the same $1750 that the Smart Controller combo was (they discontinued it, so needed a replacement.) Weirdly, they put one-off firmware on RC Pro to bind it exclusively to A2S. You can flash it to work with M3, but only one or the other. Not both at present. Weird stuff. The combo is everywhere but it's not a cheap way to get an RC Pro at present. That will likely change after they sell enough locked down ones. The RC Pro is really nice, but no mic and the 15+ mics I've tried (up to $300 lavalier mics) sound like crap for screen recording. You also cannot cache or download to SD card directly from DJI Fly, so constantly moving files off internal memory. It's less ready than the Mavic 3 was/is.
Great video jack . Absolutely a great way to save and get all those accessories. 👍 keep up the great work as always brother

I did the same thing, created my own custom flymore kit for the Mavic. Great video Jack, and thanks for sharing.
Thanks Ron
Great info, will have to consider your advice. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Same here. Skipped the fly more. Even the Nanuk case was over $100 cheaper than the DJI case.
Excellent Video Jack! Thank You For You Advice On How To Save Money On Accessories For The Mavic 3.
Glad to help. You are welcome

Thanks for the video might be getting some of this stuff
The biggest accessoire needed for the new Mavic 3 is lots of money!! For a full combo the price exceeds 4000 Euro!! And no waypoints!
Lots of money is a must. LOL
Thank you for this video
You are welcome.

I can't add strobe light even if I want because it increases weight over 900 g.
Bummer. You must be in Europe.

What about RC Pro? Is Tablet better? I know definitely cheaper
RC Pro is great. Just expensive and limited.
@@HalfChrome more limited than using phone/tablet?
The RC pro only works with the M3. Should work soon with the air 2S. A good tablet will work with any drone.
