This is actually really great, I’m not much of a jazz person but as soon as this played I started making up lyrics and singing, that’s what I love about slow smooth jazz it just takes you places

I love to revisit this one when I need a break from the day. I-vi-ii-V triads are a great way to practice colour tones and chromaticism. Plus, it's got one of my favourite pop progressions IV-iii-vi. And, I love how the end of that section lets me go into melodic minor. Thanks!

Its because alot of A minor scale notes are in G major and notes from the basic C major scale are also in G major
That's because GABCDEFG is the Mixolydian Mode in the key of C! Dig it!

Yeah, sure. Check the notes of the seventh and ninth chords and start the bar with those notes only. Those are the basics for improvisation
