In this video, I'm going to show you how I would play and phrase this 2-chorus etude over the chord changes to Alone Together.

Excellent video Jason! I have recently bought two books: Targeting with purpose and Breaking the monotony and I would like to know how I could practice the studies they propose?
There's a number of different ways you could practice the concepts. What I recommend is different for each student depending on their needs and goals. Free option: take a concept and try to find ways to apply them into real-world scenarios and put them into context. I've got other videos on UA-cam about that.
