11:58 I think the pendolinos do a very good job of their job, quick services to and from London all the way up the west coast, but they (in my opinion) were SO much better under virgin, oh also they have a shop
Personally i'd rate the 185's 175's and TFW 158's as my favorites! A note on the 175's - they don't normally catch fire - they started catching fire after CAF took over Chester traincare depot, it was purely a maintenance issue.
Few comments: 153s with Northern were actually pretty nice, strap em onto the end of a 142/150 and you get an instant 70 capacity seat capacity boost. 158s you seem to forget about the 3 coach 158s with Northern which have amazing seats, dont mind the civity seat ones 185s pro tip to ride first class is to hop on the Huddersfield stopper the guards never check tickets and sometimes declassify first clas 195/331s: Im a civity supporter so totatlly disagree lmao 350s: TPE ones were really good defo S tier
DVTs are not class 82, they are classified as coaches as MK3 or MK4. The class 82 as an AC electric locomotive was a Metropolitan Vickers & Beyer Peacock. Also, the Pacer at Bury is a 144.
You got bad info on the Scotrail 158s, they are awful. Cramped, worn out , no air con, noisy, cracked window frames which increase noise and smell. Never been on a 755 but they look amazing, hopefully they might replace the 158s one day.
@@YorksLancsTransportHubThat's personal opinion. The 156s are some of the most reliable units I have ever been on. The noise of the engine is also a huge bonus.
Which train is your favorite? :)
Class 700, bully me later, but I honestly think they serve the thameslink area really well and they're one of GTRs best investments ever.
Class 350. Excellent train overall!
The Class 323 is my favourite :)
Class 142 with the old tl11 engine
377 it’s my local train
The fact you put a 700 higher than the electrostars is genuinely worrying.
I agree
Very much
I like both tbh
Maybe he's a masochist
@@thattimelord I’d always choose a 700 over an electrostar

CAF took over the depot just before they started catching fire leading them to be replaced by CAF rolling stock, that sounds suspicious.
I’m shocked that a PACER of all trains is higher than a 397, quite a controversial video!
I went on a 755 between ely and Norwich and they are amazing
The Class 67 + 82 on TFW actually uses Mark 4 coaches.

i love the sound of the 350s
I have 156s and 158s on my Northern route
185's, whilst great trains, should not be used on such a busy route. Most overcrowded trains I've ever been on.
Most of the time they are doubled up im fairly sure most of the 185 diagrams are double sets but you know what the railway is like!
The best train are definitely the 156 158 and 170 no question about that definitely my favourite
British Rail Class 442, British Rail Class 159 and British Rail Class 158 are good to.
The class 87 IS JUST A THIN CLASS 91

Can't believe you said the 185 beats 158!
Facts
I drive electorstars at work (the class 375 and 376) and they’re decent trains
Hmm Southeastern driver!!!
5:35 What About The SWR 158’s?
VexSG is the type of guy to think that 323s aren't a staple for WMR
(Probably a biased opinion)
I mean I've only used the WMR ones once lol
uhm ACKTUALLY there are no 150s at Heaton Depot, i think ive been on one 150 before between Bradford and Huddersfield...
158 is way better than 195
what should I say I’m German so nothing to say about this
PS: do you still make music because they’re really good
6:25 Me hearing VERY LATE that the 175s have been retired: :0 ….. >:0
Aswell, 14:57 “Probably ill with covid” 😨
195s beat a 156 any day. So much faster in acceleration and top speed and isn't like an oven during summer!
I care about Ride quality more than acceleration
156 has worse ride the only thing good is the seat@@VexSG
I'm guessing you've never been on a 195 then lol

@@Shipnerd194 that's also you're opinion isn't it though 😂
The fact that u called the TfW 67 set a mk. 5 set is funny, BC THEY ARE MK. 4 SETS XDDDDDD (no offense intended)
class 700 aint even that bad (i only use thameslink, im from luton)
9:40 I think they're meant to be the fastest accelerating trains in the UK aren't they?
If you’re referring to the 345 then I think you’re right, but change your timestamp cause it’s quite off
@@JamesTecho I was talking about the 331 which he was talking about at 9:40
Ive been on only one train
MK4 SET*
the 195 is better in scr

220 a the worst 😢😢😢
