That is a tutorial I was thinking about doing in the future. I know I did the aiming MM tutorials, but I felt like I should've done more with those. When I finish this series, I plan on taking a little break to research and learn those properly in order to show others.
It definitely can be! However, it needs to be set up a bit differently by utilizing "OverlayStates," which is what I've been trying to learn in my spare time to show everyone, and creating separate BlendSpaces for pistol/rifle/bow/etc (similar to the Neutral_AO) to utilize the pure functions with. In my 12th video, I give a brief demonstration of what I have at this time for Unarmed, Pistol, and Rifle using "Overlay States" while updating everyone on how to fix the Additive animation bugs. I'm also going to figure out how to shoot and reload with Overlays once I get it down nicely. I have a feeling they'll be turned into AnimMontages.
