Dirk will always be my favorite NBA player for many reasons. Dirk joined the league 3 years before I was born so I got to see almost all his career from my childhood to my teenage years. I remember getting to see him live on TV take down the big 3 in Miami and win a ring! I am a Clippers fan but Dirk will always be my favorite NBA player because I like how against all odds he still won a ring. You gotta admire a player who stays with one team their whole career and turns down joining another all-star even if it meant they wouldn't win another ring.

I think the LeBron/Durant era of jumping ship to form super teams is slowly coming to an end. The super team era imploded on itself when the Nets big three failed.Giannis proved that with the right pieces, he could win it all. And the new breed of superstars are now franchise players. Luka, Ja, Trae, Tatum, Booker. These players might just be one team players when it's all said and done
