The spiders and snakes will only take out small fish. None of your koi look small enough to worry about.
I think your main issue is, water quality. Too much nitrites in the water.
That is probably what's killing the koi.

You may want to take all fish out in to pools with filters and air stones and drain the entire pond with a power washer to get and algae and anything that can hurt the fish and if you don’t have a liner put one in before refilling it
Carter. I had the same problem with one of my fish it’s from nitrate and nitrite that stuff on the fish.

You need to get pest control and take the dead fish to a vet or scientist to figure out what is going on then call ED the pond professor or Aquascape for help. Does the koi pond have a liner?
