Coming to Ghana , they come under a scouting coach or an inexperienced coach 1, the respect for him is not there, let alone listening and making use of his words. 2. These players are in a high school teams coached by a high school qualified teache (coach.). So if Ghana is going to rely on a scout coach who is a nursery coach, you bring the quality of these players down, and they are not happy. They don't learn anything from a nursery coaches. They've past from the hands of a coach like Otto Adoo. Scouting coach is just a team preparation coach. These players need to build up progressively. Are there no 1st class coach in Ghana anymore.
