Mines spraying water out of the pivot part with the white piece on the first part you installed.
Open it up and use the teflon tape they provide or go to the hardware store to get some that should work.
I bought this but I have to buy another bracket the one the came with it leaks no matter what
I would return it and get another. you shouldn't have to buy other things.
Looks like the hose leaked there... guess I should use the tape for the hose ends too....

Use a wrench and pliers and put some pressure on it to unscrew your shower head.

How can I get the clear rubber band to stay on the bracket it came apart before installing?

I used the tape and tightened the shower head and it still leaks. Thinking of buying some stronger tape from Home Depot
just wrap more tape.
Have you found a replacement filter? I can’t find it. Ones coming up for this is not correct according to the model numbers listed on the filter product description.

@@randymarsh723 I will be doing a video soon, but you just twist off the head, it's hard at first, also be mindful of the little plastic filter and which way it goes.
