Thank you❤️ I usually buy them in Sweden. I love to use vintage fabric from second hand or sometime from local fabric store. So you can maybe try to search “Swedish textile” online in your country😊👍🏻
You can buy a 30cm zipper and make it 25cm! There are many instructions how to shorten a zipper on UA-cam! If you want to use 20cm or 30cm zipper, you need to adjust the size of the fabric otherwise the balance of the shape will be different ( it will be wider or smaller ) But in my opinion, 20cm zipper is a bit short, 30cm zipper is a bit too long for a pen case. That is a reason that I use 25cm for this pen case😊
Hi hi - I’m not Keiko but I thought I could try to answer your question- the zipper can’t fit under the presser foot while stitching the zipper flap, so it is moved to maintain a straight stitch close to the edge! Hope that helps!

今回は、初の試みで反物から生地を裁断するやり方を説明しています。そのため最初に出てくるサイズ【About 15cmx30cm】は、接着芯を貼る前の大まかにカットする際の仮のサイズ（用尺）です。
※ 最終的な裁断のサイズは、1:05 の表記【11.5cm x 28cm】の方ですので、ご注意ください！
✂️裁断は、まず大きめにカットする→接着芯を貼る→正確なサイズにカットする
この流れで裁断すると、地の目の歪みやアイロンで生地が縮むことも防げて、生地を正確なサイズに真っ直ぐ切ることが出来ます。もし良かったら試してみてくださいね！

I would use basting tape to position zip rather than use pins with an industrial sewing machine.
