  • Did you know that by 2045, coffee could become a rare commodity according to the World Economic Forum? We’re on a mission to change this🎯👊
Together with @Slow Forest Coffee, we have transformed a 36-hectare coffee plantation in Laos into a thriving, biodiverse agroforestry system 🌳🌴
Head of Sustainability and ESG at Maersk, Lene Bjørn Serpa, and CEO of Slow, Sebastian Nielsen, discuss how our partnership drives positive change for climate, nature and wildlife, while at the same time making sure that the production benefits local farmers and their communities.
Since starting this collaboration three years ago, we've planted over 18,000 trees!🌳 This initiative aligns with our sustainability goals and demonstrates how daily coffee consumptions can drive a green transition even in something as seemingly simple as a cup of coffee💚 ☕️
