Solar Titan is out of business, so if you bought from there you are screwed. Fortunely Generac is still in business and covers some of the warranty, I convinced my GF to buy a Solar Titan system and like these fellas I regret it. Everything was lies, from the amount of power the system delivers, how the tax rebate works, to faulty parts from Generac that needed replacing.
Don't buy a whole house solar system unless you understand electrical engineering and every thing else that is in business that is close to a scam.

Sad to hear.. Solar helps tons of homeowners save money. But markets like Tennessee aren’t good for Solar plus you can tell by looking at the physical solar panels there not good panels they’re cheap inefficient panels… Combine uneducated sales people, a terrible market like Tennessee and cheap equipment you get experiences like these…

We subscribed to Solar Titan. They wanted to withdraw money from our bank account and sales rep said that is the only way we do business. I told them that was a deal breaker. Thank God for TN 3 day cancellation
period. We cancelled the next day and am so glad we did!

I work for this company and some of what your saying is correct. Solar panels are not for every home. Our equipment is far from cheap especially the panels. It’s our Generac battery products we buy from Generac is failing and not good at all. So we’re trying to fix this situation
