Luknowi Mutton Pulao is the special dish of Lucknow. It is mostly made on Speciall occasions. It is a mutton pulao with combination of indian spices. This recipe is made by my kitchen my dish. Please watch the full video for the complete recipe and give a thumb up.

Ingredients:
For Mutton:
mutton 1 kg
onion 1 pc
garlic 7-8 pcs
ginger 2 inch
fenell seeds 1 tbsp
jeera 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tbsp
bay leafs 3-4
black cardimum 4 pcs
star anis 4 pcs
cinnimon stick 3-4 pcs
green cardimum 10 pcs
water 2 glass
salt to taste
To Prepare Rice:
Yakhni water
Mutton 1 kg
Rice 650 gms
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Cinnimon stick 3-4
Green cardimum 7-8
Black Cardimum 3 pcs
Star anis 1 pc
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Onion 2 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Green Chillies 10-12 pcs
Ginger julians
Oil 100 ml
