show the settings menu. there is NO WAY you're "running" this in 8K. it's 4K with performance DLSS and then upscaled to be rendered in 8K (in the video).
I heard people that make these kind of videos run a mod that runs the game at half the speed of realtime and then they play the game at 8K at 30FPS. Then, when editing the video, they speed it up to 60FPS
A 4090 can run CP77 on max (with Path Tracing) on 1440p native with good FPS (around 85 FPS). This means that if you do 4K, you need to use DLSS Quality. If you do 8K, you need to use DLSS Balanced (not sure who has an 8K monitor anyway?).
@@hagaiak I play on a 4090 with maxed out settings at 5120x1440 32:9 (roughly just under the same pixel count as a 4k monitor) and push 85FPS AVERAGE (with FG) You have the DLSS settings wrong, the proper DLSS settings based on FPS/game performance are as follows: 8k should use ultra performance 4k should use performance 1440p should use balanced 1080p should use qaulity. however, I am playing with DLSS set to qaulity + frame gen.

@@Patataa4khaha fair point, I guess I assumed the audio was played back at half speed via the mod but I dno I’m just relaying what I heard 😅
