- Cebu City’s Giant Christmas Tree of Hope & Food Market, Fuente Osmeña Circle
It was a night to see Cebu City’s Giant Christmas Tree of Hope and the food market inside the historical Fuente Osmeña circle. The Giant Christmas Tree of Hope and the food market was opened on December 3, 2024 (supposedly on December 1, 2024 but was postponed due to the heavy rains).
A yearly undertaking, the Giant Christmas Tree of Hope, sponsored by M. Lhuillier, plus the food market with food stalls and kiosks all over the circle/rotunda/roundabout have become the anticipated tourist attractions and tourist destination in Cebu City. This will last even after the Sinulog celebration in January 2025.
For those who want to see the Giant Christmas Tree of Hope and want to go on a food trip, the Fuente Osmeña Circle in uptown Cebu City is the right destination to visit.
