I bought EM 02 (i think) at the beginning of my fragrance journey because people were raving about it. I put it in, couldn’t smell anything, and thought “I got scammed” 😂
It's quite possible that lemon is in there, since Geza mentioned in a couple of interviews that it's not just iso-e and another ingredient. Takes a bit more than that to create a rounded perfume. That layering combo sounds great! The new D&G basically just smells like lemony washing powder to me so it seems like the blend fits. 😀
Uv just shot me wit a diamond bullet right between the eyes, layering 01 with D&G pour homme….. the genius!. I love the smell of D&G 01 in the morning. Jobsagoodun

I wear Escentric Molecule Molecule 2 and have previously worn a discontinued Gucci for women ( powdery buttery leather ). I am in my early 30s and I guess I am looking for an interesting leather/iris fragrance, interesting yet alluring. I will check out Costume National 1 and I do like bois d'argent very much from Dior I am also considering Van Cleefs bois d' iris but would like something that projects and perhaps has more character or edginess. Big thanks! :)

Lots of fragrances are already heavily based on ISO E Super so layering with Molecule 01 would change the balance but not completely change the smell.
All the Molecule or +'s I've tried or owned are amazing.

Recently got the +iris and really enjoying it. In that one the iris sticks around the whole time does the ginger do the same or is it more of a top?
Also totally agree about certain frags in restaurants... I'd add black orchid to the list ...can't escape it when you smell it in a room

Yes many times, I like it a lot , I have MFK APOM which I much prefer and to me they are both doing the same thing so I stuck with APOM

@BeautyofScent It's a masculine floral , lots of orange blossom. Very smooth and pleasant smelling , smells like luxury if that makes sense
