Well actually I have to say this... When I was a little child I discovered this Deep Purple compilation, fireworks, Speed King switched me from Madonna, Michael Jackson and so on to Ritchie Blackmore! Then Iron maiden and all started... After some years of music (also guitar oriented) searching, discovering Steve Vai's Passion and warfare was a shock!!! (before I saw him in crossroads...)... After many years two albums gave me some kind of emotions like that. One is from Govan's erotic cakes, but before No Gravity. I totally fell in love with this album!!!! It contains all the influences I love. Jazz, fusion, rock, metal, some kind of blues,... I ordered young guitar from Japan just because of your DVD... And I bought all your dvds plus Angra stuffs (I love temple of shadows!!! The first record of the band I listened first. I love the way you put super technique at music service, the sense of harmony and melody is sublime. Hope to hang on with you one day. Kiko mentions MacAlpine briefly before track 2. I was listening to a music app without subscription just as he became Megadeth's guitarist. I was listening to a MacAlpine based station that Kiko's solo stuff kept coming up on. While I heard about his "new" gig, I was checking out all the solo albums. I've gotten WAY into all that music, and I'm really happy to have come across this today.
