I have the 605 snub nose and love it. I like how they left out the hammer lock safety screw on this model.
Be sure to lock tite your cylinder release button screw and right side screw- they’re notorious for falling off
3 inch barrel is perfect....

Recently picked up the 2" matte stainless version of the 605. VERY NICE for the price. I did swap the grips for the Hogue rubber ones, better for getting a full grip on it. Be sure to use some blue Loctite on that little screw, just above the trigger guard on the right side. It wants to loosen up a bit, after a day at the range.
Recently bought the Taurus Defender in
.357. Love it. SS with tungsten cerakote and Altamont walnut grips. Changed the hammer spring before I took it to the range (Wolff 9lb.) The lockwork was clean, finely machined and stoutly made, and well fitted. Took her to the range for first shots and was well pleased. At 15 yards the sights were regulated abt 2 to 3 inches low but right under the bull. After adjusting for that, my second group of five made a 2 1/4 inch group using WWB. Great gun.

I have a wollf spring kit on mine as well. The trigger pull is less harder than it was originally. I'm finding the sweet spot when pulling the trigger. I definitely, want to change the grips 💯
