  • Cornwall Park was a vision of Sir John Logan Campbell. He gifted this park to New Zealand in 1901 so that everyone could experience nature in the heart of Auckland. Today it is managed and operated by Cornwall Park Trust Board.
Whilst visiting the park, take advantage of the easy walking tracks, free BBQ cooking facilities, sports fields and free workshops/activities held at the Huia Cottage Discovery Hub. Find your favorite tree, experience a working farm with more than 600 sheep and 60 cows, hear the calling of native birds and enjoy the seasonal display of beautiful flowers.
Adjoining is Maungakiekie/One Tree Hill, one of the most recognized volcanic peaks in Auckland. Walk up the summit to enjoy beautiful views of Auckland.
