    I know hard it is to never get a break from it. For both of you. The most important thing is for you 2 to avoid the power struggle and resentment that is inevitable. You are so fantastic. Your patience, and distraction techniques are excellent.

    Lol bless you Mama 🤣 she was a diabetic bouncy butt😁😁. I'm glad big sister was there giving you both support! I love how all of your family is helping! It's hard when their body's are little and you are limited to where you can place each device. I'm thankful that you are helping Addie to kick diabetes butt.     Your so brave addy and it makes me really sad when you cry but it is okay to cry and have omosins and you no how the omepod used to hart and now it doesn't hurt any more yay addy you are so brave

    my daughter just travelled and it took ages. She rang me because she was sad, alone and feeling awful.
    Diabetes just dicides everything for her.
    It is a struggle and I think you are an inspiration to other mothers in similar situations

    Why do you give her so many high glycemic index foods?

    Horrible. Simply horrible. I’ve had this disease for over 20 years 😢 I would hate if my mother showcases my misery and her incompetence in this way on the internet.

      I would say so too, but I've learned a lot from seeing these, I know its not good for her mother to just film her like this, but I've learned stuff from this and I think others have too.

    I am also a Dexcom user just like this little girl and I have heard that the skin needs to be cleaned with alcohol before applying the sensor.

    She is not a princess. She is a queen. A true diva. Her mood changes in one second. You are so brave. I could not handle this child for 5 min even. The more as she has way more issues. So sad she she does not understand anything you tell her and that she cannot talk properly at 3 years old. And that she needs to be in diapers. A full time job for her mommy.

      I was thinking the same thing. Until she understands it has to be somewhere else just say today the pod needs to go here today. Such a hard situation to be in. I couldn’t imagine.

    She's sooo young. Maybe you could try doing the process faster for her by preping as much as you can on your own and explaining to her just the last steps, when she is older it would make more sense and she would sit still for longer periods of time. I don't mean this in a mean way is just suggestion. You are made of steel mom💪🏻💪🏻

      I’ve been following them for a little bit, and some of the videos seem to have the fast approach as the case. Maybe she’s not old enough for a full explanation yet, but I’m happy that momma is trying to get her to be cool with it.

      One is an insulin pump to give her insulin when she needs it one is to monitor her blood sugars so she can make she her blood sugar is good

      One of them checks her blood sugar constantly while the other injects insulin as needed

    I feel like next time she's about to get it changed and shes absolutely losing it (not while she's asleep) and doesn't want to, you should show her these videos! Particularly the ones where she does really well with the change, has she ever seen herself in the videos? If I had my kid with T1D I would try showing her a video of herself responding really well to encourage her and try and show her how strong she has been when changing sensors in the past! Plus my kiddo always laughs to see herself on video no matter WHAT is happening in the recording 🤣 could be worth a try once! ☺️

    Hey I get the hole break thing but take it from me I used to take a hormone pen injection for my prator willie syndrome and we used to do it in same spot all the time same age as her never bothered not that that could be diffrent with her but it’s true on my end

      But this isn't exactly like an an injection. It's like ripping off a Band-Aid on the same place every week or so (or whenever The dexcom/ omnipot needs to be changed) it could be really harmful for the kids skin.

      Bro you try having diabetes it’s scary getting needles in your skin plus if she has it bad she will need that the rest of her life and she might need them to be able to live! So she is a super brave girl so you can think what you think and keep it to yourself heck look at your Chanel it’s not that good and the mom goes through a lot to do just shush it! 😡🤬
