After I watched this scene, I went back to Season 4 Episode 11 when Bea admitted she lagged and stepped down. I almost cried when she then tells Allie that she did it to protect her. It is possible that Bea will appear again in season 9? I believe it’s so far the 3rd time she is mentioned in this season.

Rhyleigh Mackenzie Bea is Dead. How many times does that need to be confirmed. Foxtel, Fremantle, all the creators, the whole cast including Jenko and even Danielle confirmed that Bea is not ever returning. It would be entirely useless to bring her back for one season let alone one ep-apart from a flashback.
In season 6 when she got transferred to h block she told the girls she had been in j block for quite a while.Either she knew bea herself or was arrested just after bea died and allie and the girls have mentioned her.
