Just a question, for those with hx of megacolon, the anti-diarrhea agent with moa on inhibiting peristalsis needed to be avoided (but a lot GP still prescribe loperamide to them, and it is the most common one can be obtained even OTC), any other options? I found it is a bit hard to have activated charcoal in hk drug store.
