Good memories watching this video. Seeing the last comment from 5 years ago reminds me of several I heard from people when they came to watch Paul's classes many years ago. None of them (nor the last commenter, I suspect) ever studied or "met hands" with Paul directly. Probably a good thing...over the 20+ years I have studied martial arts, I have only met a handful whose level of martial ability had to be experienced to be believed. Paul was indeed one of them. As he used to say "if you do nothing else, row". :)
Excellent!! Thank you 'mushin000' for sharing this video. I am one of Paul's students. Still trying to learn the form... so this video is helpful for me to practice in between classes!! Thanks!!
Hi! He teaches in Eagle, Idaho (close to Boise, Idaho). There are students who take the class specifically because they have health probs, it is beneficial.
Well, compared to Helen Liang or Liu Xiaolong, he's not that impressive (there are plenty of youtube videos of them to compare the forms). Paul Dillon seems to know something, but I am not convinced he really passed from the stage of hobbist to the stage of martial artist. Looks a bit to rigid to me and I am skeptical about him knowing the martial (or healing) applications of the moves he does. Sorry for the not-so-praising comment.
hehehehe, are you sure? You should seek out the "Five Character Secrets". I believe his teacher was based in Boston. Nonetheless, I can vouch for him albeit my teaching from the tree fell from a different branch of this art form. Michael J. Monaghan michaeljmonaghan.com

Hello AnTianLeMing, does Paul have a website? When I search for him online I mostly get results for other people named Paul Dillon. Thanks =)
