what happens actually if the race goes from wet to dry?
Yesterday I got a bug where I got the blue flag when I was miles away in front of everyone 😅 Thank god I got rewind on and that fixed it.

Do you memorize each braking zone for all tracks or you brake when you feel the time is right?
I personally brake when time is right. But on corners after a long straight I set a braking point during practice.
There are braking markers at all circuits which are good reference points
