Hey mate, your videos have been popping up in my recommended feed for a while now, just wanted to say that I appreciate the effort you put into these videos. Keep up the good work and congratulations on your growth!!
That can be a difficult range at first. Pretty soon you'll rise through it. As general advice, make sure you focus on getting chaff and clearing chaff. I'd say many games are decided by which player clears chaff the best/fastest. So if you focus on winning the chaff war, you should climb.
Finally pushing up to 1200mmr now, about 1170 rn off memory. Games are definitely starting to get a lot more even with the opponents throwing way more curve balls at me than below 1K gor sure
In my experience, the "walls" so to speak are about 1200 mmr, 1500, and ~1650. I think once you're able to get past this, you'll probably see a more consistent rise as you fine tune your gameplay.
Aye I think the majority of games I've lost at this rank have been massively one sided losses, most of my wins are very comfortable but slow, so my guess is it's a lack of capitalising on opportunities. So when the opponent does it shows v clearly
I would like to see a elite card run, where you can do whatever you want, but whenever an elite card show up, you must take it and put at least one of them on the field as soon as you can. Elite specialist can be skipped though…
I feel like if you dont go chaff in the spec pick, then you really need to go for the chaff drop in the first unit drop otherwise you fall so far behind in the chaff battle
My storms, never, and I mean NEVER hit my enemy. Yours hit your enemy even when they are moving. Mine always miss, even when the enemy units stops moving or starts moving after I fire.
You hate to get melties, I laugh every time you reluctantly buy them because you have almost no choice. As far as the Meta favoring Vulcans at high MMR, why not attack that with air? it seems obvious since Vulcans have no response to air. Screen a bunch of Wasps with some armored/field repair wraiths to take care of anti air (Mustangs). Thoughts?
Issue with air is that enemy Vulcans fronting for ranged air spec Mustangs will destroy any attempt at that. And wraiths are just a joke rn sadly as one melter will take out like 8 of em

Thank you for the kind words!
I think this is your best series on the channel
Thank you :D
still loving the videos man, keep it up!
Appreciate that! Glad you're enjoying the content.
Glad we're seeing consistent 3-4K players, hopefully someday the game will get more popular. I'm feeling a little stuck between 925 and 975 MMR.

This was definitely Mustang Sandworm ngl
haha yeah Sandworm was OP this game
Damn the turnaround in game teo was crazy
To be honest, I thought I was sitting good until I wasn't lol
I am 6-3 using this combo. Really 6-2 but I had to abandon a game and deal with a work issue so that was a 3rd loss. ~850-~950 range.

Level 3 Hackers!! :D
How are people having extra accounts? Is it a separate Steam account and buying the game again?
Second Steam account under the same "Steam family," so you don't have to buy it again. There is a limit, though (I think 5?).
I feel like if you dont go chaff in the spec pick, then you really need to go for the chaff drop in the first unit drop otherwise you fall so far behind in the chaff battle
Oh for sure. Chaff is so important and not getting any in the first couple rounds just digs a hole.

🤣 That's how I feel about my Storms too.
2nd game made you sweat! Clearly you just needed moar mustang for the easy win 😆
I thought it was going well until I looked and I was at 250 lol

Yeah, sometimes shielded Wasps are a good late-gaming chaff and can often be a kill-shot when unexpected.

Hi. Maybe duo some day?
Sounds fun
