I had insomnia in high school and it's gone away since, too! So weird how we can outgrow and overcome it, I never thought I would! Love your videos Kristin, sending hugs!

We use/make "gravity blankets" and weighted blankets for our foster children (I work at an adoption agency). It helps them with their insomnia-unfortunately due to trauma, adjustment, and restlessness. They are made to kind of feek like a big hug. They also make lap pads to be used in the classroom setting, they work wonders! Im a huge advocate for weighted blankets!!!

I have a severe milk allergy (i’ll seriously die if i eat/drink anything with dairy) and I made this hot chocolate with almond milk like you did, and OMG i’m so thankful. I’ve always been sad bc i can’t have hot chocolate, but never thought to just make it homemade and use a milk alternative! you’re the best!!!! thank you for sharing this recipe

I use the same recipe!!!! It’s one of my all time favorites!! We found a mixer for hot cocoa that makes it sooo easy to have hot cocoa when it gets chilly! We leave out the water when we use the machine so it’s less watery. If you like thicker hot cocoa, try putting a cup of heavy whipping cream in and 3 cups of milk! It’s super delicious!!!

The photos at the end were adorable and perfect! I need that blanket I don’t think I have insomnia but I definitely struggle with sleeping sometimes where I literally don’t sleep the whole and stay awake for 2 days if that makes sense but then other days I sleep like a baby 😊

I just made this hot chocolate and wow!! It’s amazing! I only used half the amount of sugar because I don’t like things to be too sweet and usually always half the amount of sugar in any recipe and it’s perfect like it’s still so sweet and chocolatey and I understand what Marcus means about the salted caramel like wow!! i just watched the movie expelled on netflix and when i seen marcus i yelled out thats kristin's husband and everyone was like shut up kayla and who is that i was like on one of the cutest youtube couples ever. lol yall are up there with cody and lexi. one day i found their channel after watching one of your vidoes and i was like this man (cody) kinda looks like marcus and he sounds like him then i put it together and i was like omggg i love it !!!!!!!!
