This is an excellent example of a house that shows well. Any listing agent would love to represent this house. It has a great layout and the updated renovations are modern and caters to most. This house should not have a problem selling. Personally, I would have taken the risk by putting a little more of a personal touch to it. The white quartz countertops and backsplash are so commonly used as are all the crystal led chandeliers. Nothing wrong with them but it's just so common now.
