It's crazy how each network specializes in certain types of shows. nbc seems to get all the high quality sitcoms fox seems to get all High quality animated sitcoms and CBS gets all the meh sitcoms that have wide appeal.
This kind of broke my heart. It's been only 3 years and NBC isn't nearly as good as it was in 2012 with some of the best comedies of all time and probably one of the best SNL casts. Good god Lemon I want Michael Scott and Parks and Rec back

In all honesty I full on teared up the first time I watched this. I recently watched all of Community while I was having a really tough time, and it might sound silly but I think that show helped me more than anything else did. I love it, and I love so many of these shows.
I finished community just recently on netflix, and I'm already rewatching it to get a refill on my void. Something about it just makes me love the show more than others
Yeah Community hits more at home than office employees being filmed, an office spinoff basically (ParksandRec) and a behind the scenes of SNL type show. It never really made sense why two of those shows had cameramen following the characters and the characters never saw their own show. Unless I missed something, Community addresses the viewers’ questions. It’s not a competition but Community is the underdog, it survived cancellations. It’s highly underrated with a cult followin #sixseasonsandamovie

I have to say, this was purely original, and classic. It takes the whole "big corporate media" away for a bit and connects with people. If the NBC is to return to success, it's going to have to be creative and ditch being a big corporation and go back to guiding principles and basics. I love how the SNL bit had Kristin Wiig front and center the entire time. It basically cemented the fact that it's an ensemble with a lead. I'm neither complaining nor praising, rather stating a fact.

When I watched this for the first time yesterday, I got so excited I started to cry happy joyful tears, it's freakin' rediculous, but it was so awesome, and NBC come freakin' on, this was a genious move and I loved it!
