Chasing the Chaser. Just got back into the hobby over the last couple weeks. Been watching a lot of your videos. Thanks for the detailed content. Love upgrade vids. I used to be a sponsored racer in SCT and 1/8, even raced 5T. Sold everything about 10 years ago. Mainly interested in crawling now. But my first car arrived today the ARRMA Mojave GROM. Battery charging now and have even run it yet.
Chasing the chaser. I very much appreciate the music in the running portion, as well as all the other information and insights. Can't wait to see how this thing does and what the aftermarket will do with it.
As someone that loves any type of short course or desert truck I was excited for this truck to come out, but if I'm being honest, I think it definitely doesn't live up to the hype that was created over it. It looks extremely cheap, it's slow, and I feel like for the money there are much better options. The HBX 3100 a is vastly superior in every way for example, not to mention the Mojave Groms. I know this is 1/24 but I feel like if this kinda truck is what you're looking for, the others are still small enough and wouldn't be considered large by any means.
I appreciate the review. You move the trucks so quickly, that it's hard to take in anything you're talking about. If you hold things slightly steadier, I think it would help the presentation. Maybe 3 or 4 fewer coffees ;P
I really like this little guy and I was excited for it but personally I think the Mohave Grom for 20 more is a better option, or if you have to have the solid rear axle the HBX 3100a is the same price, brushless, has a gyro and 3s capable hobbywing ESC. I think if they lowered the price to the 100 range or offered it brushless for 150 it would be a much more appealing and better deal. Awesome video as usual man!
I got mine on Tuesday, charged it and ran it on a dirt track and a baseball field the next day after work. Holy crap, this thing is so fun! And it's surprisingly easy to drive. It is pretty top heavy though, so it is easy to flip on it's lid, but that just makes driving it that much more exciting!
you move your hands too fast and ceaselessly. The damn thing is spinning around on the screen and the vid is an hour long. Yikes. But the truck does look cool.
Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate you checking it out, i cover a LOT more content in my videos than 95% of the rc channels on UA-cam. Yes it’s an hour long, but I have a ridiculous amount of information in there. I’ll see what I can do about less hand movement. It just how I am. I talk with my hands.
You can adjust the pivot palls for toe and caster camber etc
I have to admit. That song is pretty badass. Whoever wrote that song and sang it should sign up for a record deal. Trucks pretty cool by the way.
Thanks for the watch and I love that you enjoyed the song!!!

That Mojave GROM is a blast! I appreciate your viewership and awesome comments!
The ifs and trailing arms caught my attention with this one, I might need to pick one up!
Same! That's what got me to get one. It's a very fun little truck.
100%
Nice in depth review! Thank you!

I'm glad you enjoyed the music! I am really excited about the possibilities for this rig. Thanks for watching to the end!

Chasing the Chaser, Vectorizing the Vector XL
Hahhaha yes, so much vectoring!!
So a few moments ago I mentioned 1.3 over 1.0 inner rings. Mr1.0 fit inside of injora 1.3 inner rings.
Interesting. How would you use that?
chasing chaser great vid
I’m glad you enjoyed it! Thanks a ton for watching.
I watched the Challenger launch from my kindergarten class window in Puerto Rico.
sad day for sure.
@TheShopMiniRC I'll never forget it. It looked like the McDonald's 'M' in the sky. It was crazy.
If I may ask, where did you get the fenders for your C10

will the k5 or power wagon body fit on those clips? it intresting that they use the same style!

Hey friend, might wanna consider slimming these down. Im interested in the truck, but not 1hr+ interested.
Just 2 cents from your acerage RC enjoyer.

definitely a blast. I would like to spend some time moving around some of the electronics and such to get it lower COG
