  • The Johannesburg Magistrate's Court has postponed the contempt of court case involving former SAA chairperson Dudu Myeni. A warrant of arrest has been issued for Myeni but it will be stayed until the next court appearance in June. Her legal counsel confirmed that she was present in the court precinct but didn't enter the room due to health concerns. Newzroom Afrika's Tumaole Mohlaoli unpacks this.

Dudu Myeni was issued the warrant of arrest for contempt of court, why the same process was not done wuth zuma but zondo decided to order the constitutional court to send him straight to the constitutional court to be dealt with by his colleagues. Zondo is a mad man who is captured by phala phala
