I got this glitch where people voted me out as an impostor, but instead of being a ghost, I was just a walking "crewmate" that can kill people and not be seen.
Another glitch: If you keep tapping “report” on a body right as the imposter kills you, the “DEAD BODY REPORTED” animation pops up and then a meeting starts and it will show you as you had left the game but you really didn’t, the chat still showed you were dead and you couldn’t talk to other crew mates (because you were dead) it’s weird
glitch report: i was once on the skeld map and a person in the cyan color bumped into a wall but his character was still walking, it wasn't standing a few seconds later he glitched into the wall i did the same on the same spot and it also gliched me into the wall the spot was on navigation, the bottom seat it was hilarious bc they reported a dead body and cyan said: i was with black inside a wall and everyone was like the fuc?? and i told the other how we glitched and after the meeting everyone went there and we were all outside the map it was weird
The “green” guy you were talking about was the “Fortegreen” player. As you said, it is usually only used as a placeholder but it using a special editor (The one I l know of is by Koupah) you are able to actually use this color in game which everyone can see.
Yeah someone did that in a lobby i was in, in emergency meeting he had the colour he should have wich was red but in the game he was that green, so we had 2 greens wich meant it was confusing, though that game both of them was imp so ez gg
I had the "green" guy which I refer to as "???" Sit in our lobby just standing in the middle of the it not moving, but after a while it disappeared not showing the "left the game" message
A fun glitch is when someone kills just as a body is reported or an emergency is called. The game teleports all players back to the button, but if you were killed quick enough, your body will also be teleported. This means when everyone has voted and the game resumes, everyone will find your body sitting right next to the table.
Here's another glitch i got: when you get into a game, sometimes the game suddenly ends assoon the black screen fades, it happened to me, now I got 50 games Started and 52 games Finished, the game glitches like that
Glitch report: I got Imposter as a crewmate, At first i thought “why is ther only two crewmates wth” Then i saw kill button i thought “wth i thought i was crewmates” so i thought i think its a glitch and im the imp, then i wanted to do sabotage but theres only use button and i used it and it worked, i went to kill but it didn’t work so my only option was to rat out someone by voting them out, we actually won lmao. TL:DR i won as an imposter at the same time a crewmate who couldn't kill.
Here's something: If someone reports a body right as the imps kill animation occurs, the imposter wont kill right away. However, as soon as the voting session ends, the crewmate will be killed, and the imposter will be standing on it Another: i had someone "disconnect" in a game, although they were still in the game . I killed someone, and even though there were 2 left, I still won
I once had two red crewmates in a game. It wasn't confussing at all, when someone accused one of them but not telling which one, no no. If I remember correctly the innocent one got ejected. xD
* GLITCH ALERT * Idk if this is just the map but when playing mirah hq i called the button the same time as a body was reported and was able to run around and do tasks while the lobby was voting. Ive also encountered many times a glitch were if the person who presses the emergency meting gets killed the same frame they hit it they have a grayed out name like a dead in the menu but have the microphone next to there name P.S for those of you who want to recreate these glitches im not to sure how i did the first glitch but what i said im pretty sure its how i did it but might be hard to recreate :)
Happened with me I was seeing white report a body But I killed him just as he reported And when discussion round came his name was grey and couldn't speak When the next round began his body was next to the table, even though I killed him near medbay
Hi i have a weird tip for when this happens. It happened to me a few times when playing with friends and when the voting is done the dead body will show up at the table for people to report. But what I noticed is that it shows up right in front of the person who killed them. it happened all 3 times for me so I don't think it's just random, it seems like a weird glitch. I always ask people who was the body in front of since it's them. idk I just thought I would share this :)
I encountered a glitch where a guy was stuck in limbo. He had left the game early on, but the game still registered him as being present. Vote sessions would wait for this "guy" to vote, and it turns out he was the impostor. Voting him out did nothing, and he was gone once the game was over.
I've had a glitch twice in one game where someone got killed but the game registered them as alive and waited for them to vote but they couldn't vote or chat outside if dead chat.
Once I had a particularly buggy match where: - The impostor straight up died, I was one of the two and I freaking discovered the corpse - We had ejected the same crewmate twice I also had a glitch that happened several times that my game didn't register people pressing the button or reporting the body. I could hear people chatting, but I was stuck until the meeting ended. Then I spawned wherever I happened to be at that time instead of the meeting zone.
So. Many. Glitches. The worst one I had today, I was "dead" and a ghost to other players... but I was never killed, and on my end I was still ALIVE, running, had body report buttons, and was not in dead chat but normal... HOWEVER no one in main chat could hear me because for them it showed I was dead... super weird. Another when a player is killed right when vote is called their body stays on map and teleports to cafeteria for next round... weird annoying glitch And the worst imposter glitch- if you kill someone the exact same second another imposter calls a sabatoge like reactor your game will just... freeze... right on the body... until the next vote is called.... I have only been playing like a week and I have experienced all of that and more, but those are the 3 worst game breaking glitches I have come across ^
Oh okay, I had the third happen to me. I was imp and I was about to kill in electric, then the meeting happened. Me and that crew member where frozen, the crew I was going to kill left. And I kept hearing the comments ping, but I couldn't read them at all . After the meeting was over I was able to walk again.
Few glithes that werent mentioned, that sometimes i have experienced *once* (This all happens to me on my mobile so idk of it works on pc) -Im just gonna call this the "spirit" glitch, when youre killed, you didnt turn into a ghost, you still have legs, and can also walk through walls but people cant see you, when a meeting is called however, alive people can see your chat -The "Freeze" glitch, when youre an impostor and kill a person at the same time as theyre leaving, you gonna freeze mid air, with the grey effect you ussually sees when an impostor teleports to kill the nearby people, you are invisible and people can report the body -This commomly happens but when someone is killed at the same time when a meeting is called, the dead body will just sit near the button, (this is a glitch not a hacker you orange) -forgot what happened but the task bar was full and the round didnt end yet, i believe its because a sabotage happens the same time as the bar fills up, comms sabotage.. -Instead of spawning in front of the chairs, you just spawned in the same place where where the green qustion mark guy -Playing AS the question mark guy, (idk if im the only one that saw it because sometimes im laggy but i never asked other players or even) THE player -Red duplication, 2 red, sus -Idk how it happened but a meeting was called right after i was doing something, and the chat didnt pop up, u coundnt type or even vote, the vote tabket was slightly seen on the left of my screen -Sometimes when joining a server, you will be in blackness, alone, i think its because somebody joined right when it started or the same time as the game stops player joining in (im no coder i could be wrong) -plz like it took effort for this comment
Here are some glitches I experienced which I'm pretty sure happens at random so I can't tell the methods of obtaining them: 1. The Blindfolded Dead - This glitched occured while I was playing with my sister on a public server, apparently red killed me but there was no killing animation playing and thus I still had an alive appearance, I cant go through walls either. But it had turned out in my sister's screen that I am actually dead which makes sense considering I tried to host an emergency meeting. - This means my character in my POV is actually glitched since I wasn't supposed to be loaded as an alive crewmate, which leads to confusion since I cannot see dead chat either. Which concludes that during this glitch, you are seemingly alive when you're actually a ghost with lack of ghost abilities. Also after the first emergency meeting was hosted, my game crashed which probably means the system got confused. 2. The Lobby Overlay Glitch - This glitch will absolutely ruin everyone's gameplay, also this affects to the WHOLE server. - There are earlier conditions showcasing it when you cannot customize your character apparently. - When you are loaded in the map, you can still see boxes with a customize option, as well as some borders in the lobby. - Someone tried hosting an emergency meeting, although no deaths occured, it was simply a casual convo about these objects that are not supposed to load in game. - Afterwards, we were basically stuck and you can chat and see it, thus the only option is to leave the server and pray that this doesnt happen. 3. The Report Switch Glitch - It has been shown that blue had died and it was reported by brown. - But when the device loaded, it showed blue alive but brown died. - It had turned out that it was a visual mistake and that brown actually died but the system switched the colors accidentally. 4. Late Report Glitch - This glitch is a minor but may be annoying - This is when your report button shows when a dead body is clearly seen yet you cannot activate it because of some sort of delay. 5. The Invisible Body Glitch - This glitch happens when the report button is present ALTHOUGH the body is nowhere to be seen ( without the electrical sabotage) - Then in the next round all of the sudden the body appears and you can report it twice(?) or you simply cant do anything about it. 6. The Early Reporter Kill - This happens when someone reports as soon as they are in a process of getting killed. - The system thinks that they are dead at that point, while it is unknown when will you be actually dead before, during or after the kill animation. - This is most likely during or before the animation since in the impostor's view, there will be no animation played. 7. The Unnamed Shade of Green Glitch - This can happen if you place an invisible character only seen through the eyes of computers onto your name which is technically a character. - You will load in a different shade of green with a "???" username. However during meetings it defaults into red. - Im not sure what happens when you get killed by the Unnamed Green animation 8. The Same Color Glitch - This randomly happens and can only happen in Red. There's nothing you can do with it. These are all the glitches I have experienced! :D
The glitches that happend to me was the invisible body,the ??? Weird shade of green and the same colour glitch and let me say this when i was in Mirahq everyone was in reactor beacuse of reactor sabotage and i saw the report button even I didnt saw the body and EVERYONE was SO STUPID they thought it was a self report and I got voted off and I was a crewmate
There was this one time where there's only 3 people left and i'm the impostor. Then i sabotaged the reactor, but the 2 other people doesnt even try to fix the meltdown. But when i killed one of em, the game still continues and the reactor meltdown went into minus and keeps going.
One time, I was killed and the meeting came up. Normal me kept shouting at the crewmates it was brown, but it seemed like pink could actually hear me. After the game I asked if they could really hear me even though I was dead and they said they could. After that game though they couldn't.
Two glitches I encountered in-game is one where, if a meeting is called or a body is found exactly the moment you are killed, your body appears in your normal place after the meeting. Your name will also look normal the first few seconds in chat before it says you're dead. The other one is one where sometimes, a duplicate person who has the same color as someone else joins the lobby and the game starts out like that. If you're one of the duplicates and the other one just stays in the game, you won't be able to move during the match and after the first meeting is called or a body is found, you'll turn into a ghost but won't have any tasks to do. The second one I don't know much about because I'm just going off my experience of these things happening to me
Another glitch: I've run across this a few times when playing. when you're playing and your ping isn't the best or another player's ping isn't the best, one of the players after the game has started can appear as the spawn green color and character that was mentioned in this video. It happened to me a few times, and also their name is just "???".
I really had this weird but cool glitch, i was playing with my friends and ofc we used discord for meetings then i was an impostor after like 5 mins everyone stopped moving but my friends talked as if they were meeting.But i can still move and they are at their positions not in the meeting area and i used that advantage to kill everyone. As soon as the meeting was done, my friends got confused cuz they died. Even my fellow impostor was surprised wahahaha
This happened to me too! I think it is because of my poor internet connection. I was like, ok, they are having a psuedo meeting? Is that allowed? (I was still kinda new to the game). After seeing they were really getting close to figuring out it was me, I killed at the table, but all they saw was one person go x blank during the meeting. Everyone thought I was hacking or something xD I thought I was the only one with this glitch, and it has happened twice, but the second time I didn't abuse it, and I just pretended I could see the meeting, and said I was hesitant and unsure what to vote for, which made me look a bit dumb, but better than saying the glitch happened again xD.
Just had this about half hour ago and wanted to find out how it happened, was a very funny experience for the group, we were a group of 10 and in discord so it was very funny and confusing
The invisible thing you can be at public. It is when an imposter vents at the same time a meeting is called. Then the imposter will be invisible. So it is not only available in freeplay, but it depends on perfect timing,but it happens rarely. It is bad if other people know about it and saw it, because it is a giveaway if someone saw that you did the venting animation to the meeting table. But most people don't know it or do not have time to see it, so I call it a positive. But yes, you can be invisible in public servers.
Glitch: Idk how, but an emergency meeting was called in our game, but yellow was able to move around, we couldn’t vote, and the timer wouldn’t run out. Everyone had to leave eventually and it was really weird
this is like a messed up version of another glitch other people are saying happened to them lol. they say that the same thing happened but they could vote. the person was able to do tasks while the others voted. i just realized something... what would happen if this glitch occurred to somebody, but he got voted off the ship while walking around and doing tasks?
I found four of these on my own before watching this video. The only one I did not know about was going invisible in free play. I have also experienced the pregame lobby one you mentioned at the end. When it happened, the game said I had left as soon as I joined the server, but I was still in the server, and I was the color red even though there was already someone who had the color red. One time I was the impostor, and the UI for a meeting did not show up for me, so I was unable to talk or defend myself. Also another well known bug is that it is possible to kill whoever reported a body/called an emergency meeting just as the meeting is called.
Probably glitches that were caused by a hacker, but I have two: I was an impostor and was in cams on The Skeld map. Suddenly, almost all players got teleported into a wall behind the Calibrate Distributor task in electrical. Turns out, someone had hacked the code of the map and made it so that we could run around inside walls, but couldn't actually go into the otherwise accessible rooms and corridors. This glitch happened in the same game as the glitch above. I was the impostor, but I hardly ever kill anyone because I'm bad at lying an all that. Then, as I was thinking of actually being an impostor and sabotaging the reactor, to use the previous glitch to my advantage, a kill screen popped up, showing my sprite killing me. Literally. It was the punch-and-gunshot kill screen, but the game faded to reveal the Defeat screen, too quickly for me to take a screenshot of what happened. I hope that whatever happened there isn't some sort of omen XD
There is also a glitch when a meeting gets called or body gets reported that you wouldn't actually be in the meeting. The character just keeps moving at the point you were pointing your joystick/keyboard pad. And then it will stop when hitting a wall. Also you can't chat or vote, or even see what they are talking about. This is very random, plus it makes you look more sus for not chatting. And when the discus is over you will see who gets ejected or if it was skip or a tie. Then after that you will redrawn at the place you were glitched. It has happend to me both with impostor and crewmate. Pretty weird
I found a glitch on polus where it forced the last imposter to teleport himself and a crewmate and kill each one over and over even if the cool down didn't finish (he wasn't even hacking either)
There’s a glitch in free play where you can clip into the table that has the computer on it Here’s how to pull it off: 1: Call emergency meeting and try vote yourself out. If you don’t get voted out, switch to imposter and back to crewmate and call emergency again. It is important you get voted out as a crewmate. 2. After you get voted out, you will be a ghost. Simply float onto inside the table w/ the computer and become imposter. This will make you not a ghost and will leave you inside the table. This works on Skeld and Polus as far as I’m aware
I had a really weird glitch happen where I got killed, but no one saw me as dead except for myself. When someone found another body right next to mine (I appeared alive), they could still vote me off. Once I got voted off, the screen turned black and didn't change until I restarted the game. I dont know what happened or how it did, but all I know is most people that game left in the first round.
Glitch I've came across: I am not a hacker but this happened yesterday. I went to play as 'I'm girl', white and have a wet floor thing on my head. I got to a lobby and there was another person with the same exact skin as me. As you know, Among Us only lets one person to be a colour but there was two white in the game. What's really weird was that my 'twin' had the same name as me. We continued playing and the glitch didn't stop which was weird but cool at the same time.
Two glitches, one that just happened and one that happened a while ago. First glitch: me and my friends were playing and I called a meeting cus I saw one of my friends fake a task, and they were an imposter. We were discussing if we should vote or not, but we kept getting killed. Turns out the voting screen only showed up for the crewmates. We all died and the imposter won, but we knew who the imposter was and were trying to vote them off. Second glitch: me and my friends were playing and we reported white's body, but instead of purple showing that they reported white reported their own body and had no x over them. We had multiple dead crewmates, but only white was shown as alive even though they were dead.
I did something in freeplay and it was a little funny. I was the imp in the freeway round and I killed someone, then went back to the pc and disabled the impostor thing, then reported it and got myself voted out. Then I opened the computer again and became the impostor and it had both the "Sabotage and kill everyone" and the "You are dead. Finish your tasks to win" text.
There is a glitch in the map Polus where you can do certain tasks inside, you can do the wires outside the office, the one near the table and you can do water wheel inside the office and still reachable outside.
I have feel the most cursed glitch on among us, i was a crew, dark blue killed me, but i still alive and goes report(btw after that im both crew and ghost, im a crew but have ghost vision) and when everyone vote dark blue it was not him, so i search and the imp is orange, and we win thanks to me
I'm not sure if this a glitch or what but if to many people join like 5 at once the game will just get pitch black and you can walk around but not find anything. It also sometimes does "SUBSCRIBE TO ___________ FOR A FREE PET IN AMONG US" Everybody in that same lobby (even if they didn't talk in the chat) will say that
I got this REALLY weird glitch once, I was playing with my sister, and when we joined a lobby I couldn't see her....I was like-"ok, she didn't have time to join". However, when reactor melt started, she fixed the bottom half, to me it seemed as though no one was there. Weirdest bit was when we were voting. Her name was in grey, and I couldn't vote her, but at the end of the round it showed that she actually voted. Weird
I found an other glitch: If you finish/exit a task in the same frame when an emergency meeting is called or a body you stay in place and can see the entire meeting
I have encountered a way to be invisible ONLINE! TLDR : just vent in and out SUPER QUICKLY, like spam spacebar. If you want more info, I made a vid on it. But still, great video my guy!
Another thing is that one time, when I went in there was two greens, with he same hat as well, then, not only we were not in the lobby but everyone was in a pitch black place where u could walk as far as u want to
Hey umm, the part with the mysterious green entity, well, I was playing randoms and i joined a game, nothing unusual, then this person joined. There name was ??? And they had the same shade of green. The person randomly turned into lime and got an actual name. I can confirm, the green identity is actually the same height as everyone else
A extremely insane eater egg: Set your date to April 1st any year and to to free play. Choose the map ehT dlekS which is The Skeld. You will see that the map is switched. And if you go to the home one it says Enjoy ehT dlekS and see what you find on online. Its so cool check it put now! On Among Us.
Sometimes when you're in lower engine and you report a body you get stuck in lower engine while everyone else is voting and discussing and you're just kind of stuck there
If a crewmate reports a body or starts an emergency meeting and an imposter kills that crewmate in the same frame then the meeting/discussion time will still proceed, but the crewmate's name will be grayed out with a red "X" as if they were killed previously.
The biggest bug that occurred in my play was that the person I sused was not an impostor, he literally followed me and the taskbar did not go up when he stood near those panel things on the walls, faking tasks, and he was red, he was clearly an imp, but the game thought he wasn't :p
once there was a glitch on skeld where we all spawned into cafe as per usual, however the doors were locked and they would not open. eventually the game ended I think the imps left or a meeting was called I dknt remember, but it ended and we restarted only to have it happen 3 more times before we all just gave up. • also after a game sometimes in the lobby it will say 0/10 players even if theres 10 of us and every time the game actually starts when that happens I get disconnected • or when peoples colours change and are different then what they set so you get in the game or chat and see theres 2 of the same kne and their name straight up disappears too • also sometimes if I finished a task right as a body or meeting was called or something (usually with aligning engine input) the arrow will stay and sometimes it straight up just wont cross off because I can't get back into the task • and last I can think of off hand is when meetings will end I credible fast. the meeting with start, last like 10-15 seconds so nothing has even been said really and then it will end even if the time is supposed to be set to 30 & 90 for example. then if only one person votes which is usually the case whiever they said gets kicked. - I see this one a lot
a glitch that you cant pull off unless you or another impostor hacks: as soon as you move, you instantly kill someone. when the kill cooldown changes from, say, a 45 to a 44, you teleport and kill someone else it happened to me once and i just up and left out of fear.
I have one, it happened once to me. An impostor killed me and I was chatting with the other ghosts. And suddenly 2 rounds after I was dead I went alive and also with a wall hack glitch. All other players were able to see me. And once the impostor killed me again I went back to normal ghost state.
There's a visual bug in polus, you need at least two people. We were playing hide and seek, I hid below the scanner in medbay but in my brother's pc I was slightly to the left and I couldn't get further to the right. The only thing I thought was that there may be some kind of limit of the map's size.
multiple times the game has glitched where i can see messages of ghosts and even follow around ghosts when im still alive in the game, however for some reason nobody else can and nobody believes me when i say im able to talk to ghosts until i correctly predict the imposter by asking the ghosts who killed them
i dont know if this was just me but i joined a game once and there was a guy and i think he was that slightly off green colour and he had “???” as his name. i saw him running around in the game but when it went to meetings he wasnt in the list. also when the task bar was fully green the game didnt end so i just left. idk y it sounds creepy
4:17 as odd as this seems that is a playable color only obtained by develepors or hackers u can sometime see them in ur game the color is called ForteGreen also known as glitch green
I have came across a glitch were when it is voting time your screen will stay on your character and you will go into the nearest wall you can not move and once everyone's voted you will remain able to move it doesn't really help with anything this has happened to me a few times
There's another glitch that is almost the same at in 4:00, however instead of your character spawning at the correct place, it spawns there, it only happened to me twice, also it wasn't other players, it was you only.
one time i ended up playing a game with placeholder green guy + regular green guy and it was really confusing, especially since the placeholder moved around like a regular character
Got a glitch where when I got into a match with friends I could go out of bounds of the ship and walk around the empty vacuum of space until the game started
Im pretty sure it was patched a while ago but if you get in a vent as a sabotage goes off like reactor or o2 occasionally it resets the sabotage thing so you can have both reactor and oxygen going off at the same time
Another glitch when you call emergency meeting your name hides and colour switches randomly and when you get out of emergency meeting your colour switches to normal that you chosen
Somebody did a glitch where every few seconds all doors would close and lights would turn off once u finished fixing them. It was annoying we couldn’t do anything
Another Glitch: spamming faster than the game lets you caused me to end up in the void and could not move till some one called a meeting and on one time a charater the same colour as me spawned, it had no name above its head but when it left its name appeared, its name was CD it did not move at all (also your tasked dont appear and dont exist cus at this point, the game think u dont exist or left also i think it only work if ur host)

For the one where you are a weird shade of green for a split second sometimes the game glitches and actually spawns the player with that color and they remain that way the entire time which is weird cuz it looks like there is 11 people when you are playing but only one person can see it usually as the glitch isn't for everyone else's screen just yours at least that is one I have experienced also the name will be ??? It's so weird

Ok, so once I was playing, I was cyan and me and pink were imposters, then i started seeing this dark green dude, whose name was "???", but then someone called a meeting, but surprisingly ??? Was not there, there was no dark green player, everyone was confused especially the one who called the meeting, cuz he had called it to report dark green for killing yellow, everyone was like wtf? After the meeting, dark green disappeared, he also had a ninja mask.
One time when I was crew, there was some weird visual glitch in which I could see the kill cutscene as if I was the one getting killed, but I lived and I was able to see who the impostor was. I called meeting and told everyone what happened and told them to vote me out, but they skipped???
Idk what was triggering it but , Sometimes when a meeting was called , you weren't joining the meeting , instead you could keep doing task or whatever. Once, i got this glitch as an imposter and I won XD , May be it because Internet connection? My connection was a little bit slow at that moment.
one more glitch that I experienced . when you always click the scan in the medbay the scan will always turning then you can walk even the scan was turning on
Another glitch: One time I had a clone. The exactly name, and I was brown and my clone was brown. It could move and interact. For some reason, it just left randomly and said my name left the game! Weird 0-0

i was once on the skeld map
and a person in the cyan color bumped into a wall
but his character was still walking, it wasn't standing
a few seconds later he glitched into the wall
i did the same on the same spot and it also gliched me into the wall

The “green” guy you were talking about was the “Fortegreen” player. As you said, it is usually only used as a placeholder but it using a special editor (The one I l know of is by Koupah) you are able to actually use this color in game which everyone can see.

A fun glitch is when someone kills just as a body is reported or an emergency is called. The game teleports all players back to the button, but if you were killed quick enough, your body will also be teleported. This means when everyone has voted and the game resumes, everyone will find your body sitting right next to the table.

I got Imposter as a crewmate,
At first i thought “why is ther only two crewmates wth”
Then i saw kill button i thought “wth i thought i was crewmates” so i thought i think its a glitch and im the imp, then i wanted to do sabotage but theres only use button and i used it and it worked, i went to kill but it didn’t work so my only option was to rat out someone by voting them out, we actually won lmao.

Whenever this happens to me, i know that the game is about to boot me for bad internet connection.
Here's something: If someone reports a body right as the imps kill animation occurs, the imposter wont kill right away. However, as soon as the voting session ends, the crewmate will be killed, and the imposter will be standing on it
Another: i had someone "disconnect" in a game, although they were still in the game . I killed someone, and even though there were 2 left, I still won

Idk if this is just the map but when playing mirah hq i called the button the same time as a body was reported and was able to run around and do tasks while the lobby was voting. Ive also encountered many times a glitch were if the person who presses the emergency meting gets killed the same frame they hit it they have a grayed out name like a dead in the menu but have the microphone next to there name
P.S for those of you who want to recreate these glitches im not to sure how i did the first glitch but what i said im pretty sure its how i did it but might be hard to recreate :)

Hi i have a weird tip for when this happens. It happened to me a few times when playing with friends and when the voting is done the dead body will show up at the table for people to report. But what I noticed is that it shows up right in front of the person who killed them. it happened all 3 times for me so I don't think it's just random, it seems like a weird glitch. I always ask people who was the body in front of since it's them. idk I just thought I would share this :)
The second one happened to me
I encountered a glitch where a guy was stuck in limbo. He had left the game early on, but the game still registered him as being present. Vote sessions would wait for this "guy" to vote, and it turns out he was the impostor. Voting him out did nothing, and he was gone once the game was over.

I've had a glitch twice in one game where someone got killed but the game registered them as alive and waited for them to vote but they couldn't vote or chat outside if dead chat.
Once I had a particularly buggy match where:
- The impostor straight up died, I was one of the two and I freaking discovered the corpse
- We had ejected the same crewmate twice
I also had a glitch that happened several times that my game didn't register people pressing the button or reporting the body. I could hear people chatting, but I was stuck until the meeting ended. Then I spawned wherever I happened to be at that time instead of the meeting zone.
So. Many. Glitches.
The worst one I had today, I was "dead" and a ghost to other players... but I was never killed, and on my end I was still ALIVE, running, had body report buttons, and was not in dead chat but normal... HOWEVER no one in main chat could hear me because for them it showed I was dead... super weird.
Another when a player is killed right when vote is called their body stays on map and teleports to cafeteria for next round... weird annoying glitch
And the worst imposter glitch- if you kill someone the exact same second another imposter calls a sabatoge like reactor your game will just... freeze... right on the body... until the next vote is called....

Oh okay, I had the third happen to me. I was imp and I was about to kill in electric, then the meeting happened. Me and that crew member where frozen, the crew I was going to kill left. And I kept hearing the comments ping, but I couldn't read them at all . After the meeting was over I was able to walk again.
Few glithes that werent mentioned, that sometimes i have experienced *once*
(This all happens to me on my mobile so idk of it works on pc)
-Im just gonna call this the "spirit" glitch, when youre killed, you didnt turn into a ghost, you still have legs, and can also walk through walls but people cant see you, when a meeting is called however, alive people can see your chat
-The "Freeze" glitch, when youre an impostor and kill a person at the same time as theyre leaving, you gonna freeze mid air, with the grey effect you ussually sees when an impostor teleports to kill the nearby people, you are invisible and people can report the body
-This commomly happens but when someone is killed at the same time when a meeting is called, the dead body will just sit near the button, (this is a glitch not a hacker you orange)
-forgot what happened but the task bar was full and the round didnt end yet, i believe its because a sabotage happens the same time as the bar fills up, comms sabotage..
-Instead of spawning in front of the chairs, you just spawned in the same place where where the green qustion mark guy
-Playing AS the question mark guy, (idk if im the only one that saw it because sometimes im laggy but i never asked other players or even) THE player
-Red duplication, 2 red, sus
-Idk how it happened but a meeting was called right after i was doing something, and the chat didnt pop up, u coundnt type or even vote, the vote tabket was slightly seen on the left of my screen
-Sometimes when joining a server, you will be in blackness, alone, i think its because somebody joined right when it started or the same time as the game stops player joining in (im no coder i could be wrong)

Here are some glitches I experienced which I'm pretty sure happens at random so I can't tell the methods of obtaining them:
1. The Blindfolded Dead
- This glitched occured while I was playing with my sister on a public server, apparently red killed me but there was no killing animation playing and thus I still had an alive appearance, I cant go through walls either. But it had turned out in my sister's screen that I am actually dead which makes sense considering I tried to host an emergency meeting.
- This means my character in my POV is actually glitched since I wasn't supposed to be loaded as an alive crewmate, which leads to confusion since I cannot see dead chat either.
Which concludes that during this glitch, you are seemingly alive when you're actually a ghost with lack of ghost abilities. Also after the first emergency meeting was hosted, my game crashed which probably means the system got confused.
2. The Lobby Overlay Glitch
- This glitch will absolutely ruin everyone's gameplay, also this affects to the WHOLE server.
- There are earlier conditions showcasing it when you cannot customize your character apparently.
- When you are loaded in the map, you can still see boxes with a customize option, as well as some borders in the lobby.
- Someone tried hosting an emergency meeting, although no deaths occured, it was simply a casual convo about these objects that are not supposed to load in game.
- Afterwards, we were basically stuck and you can chat and see it, thus the only option is to leave the server and pray that this doesnt happen.
3. The Report Switch Glitch
- It has been shown that blue had died and it was reported by brown.
- But when the device loaded, it showed blue alive but brown died.
- It had turned out that it was a visual mistake and that brown actually died but the system switched the colors accidentally.
4. Late Report Glitch
- This glitch is a minor but may be annoying
- This is when your report button shows when a dead body is clearly seen yet you cannot activate it because of some sort of delay.
5. The Invisible Body Glitch
- This glitch happens when the report button is present ALTHOUGH the body is nowhere to be seen ( without the electrical sabotage)
- Then in the next round all of the sudden the body appears and you can report it twice(?) or you simply cant do anything about it.
6. The Early Reporter Kill
- This happens when someone reports as soon as they are in a process of getting killed.
- The system thinks that they are dead at that point, while it is unknown when will you be actually dead before, during or after the kill animation.
- This is most likely during or before the animation since in the impostor's view, there will be no animation played.
7. The Unnamed Shade of Green Glitch
- This can happen if you place an invisible character only seen through the eyes of computers onto your name which is technically a character.
- You will load in a different shade of green with a "???" username. However during meetings it defaults into red.
- Im not sure what happens when you get killed by the Unnamed Green animation
8. The Same Color Glitch
- This randomly happens and can only happen in Red. There's nothing you can do with it.

There was this one time where there's only 3 people left and i'm the impostor. Then i sabotaged the reactor, but the 2 other people doesnt even try to fix the meltdown. But when i killed one of em, the game still continues and the reactor meltdown went into minus and keeps going.

One time, I was killed and the meeting came up. Normal me kept shouting at the crewmates it was brown,
but it seemed like pink could actually hear me. After the game I asked if they could really hear me even though
I was dead and they said they could. After that game though they couldn't.
Two glitches I encountered in-game is one where, if a meeting is called or a body is found exactly the moment you are killed, your body appears in your normal place after the meeting. Your name will also look normal the first few seconds in chat before it says you're dead.
The other one is one where sometimes, a duplicate person who has the same color as someone else joins the lobby and the game starts out like that. If you're one of the duplicates and the other one just stays in the game, you won't be able to move during the match and after the first meeting is called or a body is found, you'll turn into a ghost but won't have any tasks to do. The second one I don't know much about because I'm just going off my experience of these things happening to me
Another glitch: I've run across this a few times when playing. when you're playing and your ping isn't the best or another player's ping isn't the best, one of the players after the game has started can appear as the spawn green color and character that was mentioned in this video. It happened to me a few times, and also their name is just "???".
I really had this weird but cool glitch, i was playing with my friends and ofc we used discord for meetings then i was an impostor after like 5 mins everyone stopped moving but my friends talked as if they were meeting.But i can still move and they are at their positions not in the meeting area and i used that advantage to kill everyone. As soon as the meeting was done, my friends got confused cuz they died. Even my fellow impostor was surprised wahahaha
This happened to me too! I think it is because of my poor internet connection. I was like, ok, they are having a psuedo meeting? Is that allowed? (I was still kinda new to the game). After seeing they were really getting close to figuring out it was me, I killed at the table, but all they saw was one person go x blank during the meeting. Everyone thought I was hacking or something xD I thought I was the only one with this glitch, and it has happened twice, but the second time I didn't abuse it, and I just pretended I could see the meeting, and said I was hesitant and unsure what to vote for, which made me look a bit dumb, but better than saying the glitch happened again xD.
Just had this about half hour ago and wanted to find out how it happened, was a very funny experience for the group, we were a group of 10 and in discord so it was very funny and confusing

The invisible thing you can be at public. It is when an imposter vents at the same time a meeting is called. Then the imposter will be invisible. So it is not only available in freeplay, but it depends on perfect timing,but it happens rarely. It is bad if other people know about it and saw it, because it is a giveaway if someone saw that you did the venting animation to the meeting table. But most people don't know it or do not have time to see it, so I call it a positive. But yes, you can be invisible in public servers.

this is like a messed up version of another glitch other people are saying happened to them lol. they say that the same thing happened but they could vote. the person was able to do tasks while the others voted. i just realized something... what would happen if this glitch occurred to somebody, but he got voted off the ship while walking around and doing tasks?
I found four of these on my own before watching this video. The only one I did not know about was going invisible in free play. I have also experienced the pregame lobby one you mentioned at the end. When it happened, the game said I had left as soon as I joined the server, but I was still in the server, and I was the color red even though there was already someone who had the color red. One time I was the impostor, and the UI for a meeting did not show up for me, so I was unable to talk or defend myself. Also another well known bug is that it is possible to kill whoever reported a body/called an emergency meeting just as the meeting is called.
Probably glitches that were caused by a hacker, but I have two:
I was an impostor and was in cams on The Skeld map. Suddenly, almost all players got teleported into a wall behind the Calibrate Distributor task in electrical. Turns out, someone had hacked the code of the map and made it so that we could run around inside walls, but couldn't actually go into the otherwise accessible rooms and corridors.
This glitch happened in the same game as the glitch above. I was the impostor, but I hardly ever kill anyone because I'm bad at lying an all that. Then, as I was thinking of actually being an impostor and sabotaging the reactor, to use the previous glitch to my advantage, a kill screen popped up, showing my sprite killing me. Literally. It was the punch-and-gunshot kill screen, but the game faded to reveal the Defeat screen, too quickly for me to take a screenshot of what happened. I hope that whatever happened there isn't some sort of omen XD
There is also a glitch when a meeting gets called or body gets reported that you wouldn't actually be in the meeting. The character just keeps moving at the point you were pointing your joystick/keyboard pad. And then it will stop when hitting a wall. Also you can't chat or vote, or even see what they are talking about. This is very random, plus it makes you look more sus for not chatting. And when the discus is over you will see who gets ejected or if it was skip or a tie. Then after that you will redrawn at the place you were glitched. It has happend to me both with impostor and crewmate. Pretty weird

There’s a glitch in free play where you can clip into the table that has the computer on it
Here’s how to pull it off:
1: Call emergency meeting and try vote yourself out. If you don’t get voted out, switch to imposter and back to crewmate and call emergency again. It is important you get voted out as a crewmate.
2. After you get voted out, you will be a ghost. Simply float onto inside the table w/ the computer and become imposter. This will make you not a ghost and will leave you inside the table.
This works on Skeld and Polus as far as I’m aware
I had a really weird glitch happen where I got killed, but no one saw me as dead except for myself. When someone found another body right next to mine (I appeared alive), they could still vote me off. Once I got voted off, the screen turned black and didn't change until I restarted the game. I dont know what happened or how it did, but all I know is most people that game left in the first round.
Glitch I've came across: I am not a hacker but this happened yesterday. I went to play as 'I'm girl', white and have a wet floor thing on my head. I got to a lobby and there was another person with the same exact skin as me. As you know, Among Us only lets one person to be a colour but there was two white in the game. What's really weird was that my 'twin' had the same name as me. We continued playing and the glitch didn't stop which was weird but cool at the same time.
Two glitches, one that just happened and one that happened a while ago.
First glitch: me and my friends were playing and I called a meeting cus I saw one of my friends fake a task, and they were an imposter. We were discussing if we should vote or not, but we kept getting killed. Turns out the voting screen only showed up for the crewmates. We all died and the imposter won, but we knew who the imposter was and were trying to vote them off.
Second glitch: me and my friends were playing and we reported white's body, but instead of purple showing that they reported white reported their own body and had no x over them. We had multiple dead crewmates, but only white was shown as alive even though they were dead.
I did something in freeplay and it was a little funny. I was the imp in the freeway round and I killed someone, then went back to the pc and disabled the impostor thing, then reported it and got myself voted out. Then I opened the computer again and became the impostor and it had both the "Sabotage and kill everyone" and the "You are dead. Finish your tasks to win" text.
There is a glitch in the map Polus where you can do certain tasks inside, you can do the wires outside the office, the one near the table and you can do water wheel inside the office and still reachable outside.

When aligning the reactors, once you've positioned it click the button three times in a row and it will do both top and bottom reactor

I got this REALLY weird glitch once, I was playing with my sister, and when we joined a lobby I couldn't see her....I was like-"ok, she didn't have time to join". However, when reactor melt started, she fixed the bottom half, to me it seemed as though no one was there. Weirdest bit was when we were voting. Her name was in grey, and I couldn't vote her, but at the end of the round it showed that she actually voted. Weird

Hey umm, the part with the mysterious green entity, well, I was playing randoms and i joined a game, nothing unusual, then this person joined. There name was ??? And they had the same shade of green. The person randomly turned into lime and got an actual name. I can confirm, the green identity is actually the same height as everyone else

A extremely insane eater egg: Set your date to April 1st any year and to to free play. Choose the map ehT dlekS which is The Skeld. You will see that the map is switched. And if you go to the home one it says Enjoy ehT dlekS and see what you find on online. Its so cool check it put now! On Among Us.
Sometimes when you're in lower engine and you report a body you get stuck in lower engine while everyone else is voting and discussing and you're just kind of stuck there
If a crewmate reports a body or starts an emergency meeting and an imposter kills that crewmate in the same frame then the meeting/discussion time will still proceed, but the crewmate's name will be grayed out with a red "X" as if they were killed previously.
The biggest bug that occurred in my play was that the person I sused was not an impostor, he literally followed me and the taskbar did not go up when he stood near those panel things on the walls, faking tasks, and he was red, he was clearly an imp, but the game thought he wasn't :p
once there was a glitch on skeld where we all spawned into cafe as per usual, however the doors were locked and they would not open. eventually the game ended I think the imps left or a meeting was called I dknt remember, but it ended and we restarted only to have it happen 3 more times before we all just gave up.
• also after a game sometimes in the lobby it will say 0/10 players even if theres 10 of us and every time the game actually starts when that happens I get disconnected
• or when peoples colours change and are different then what they set so you get in the game or chat and see theres 2 of the same kne and their name straight up disappears too
• also sometimes if I finished a task right as a body or meeting was called or something (usually with aligning engine input) the arrow will stay and sometimes it straight up just wont cross off because I can't get back into the task
• and last I can think of off hand is when meetings will end I credible fast. the meeting with start, last like 10-15 seconds so nothing has even been said really and then it will end even if the time is supposed to be set to 30 & 90 for example. then if only one person votes which is usually the case whiever they said gets kicked. - I see this one a lot
a glitch that you cant pull off unless you or another impostor hacks:
as soon as you move, you instantly kill someone.
when the kill cooldown changes from, say, a 45 to a 44, you teleport and kill someone else
it happened to me once and i just up and left out of fear.
I have one, it happened once to me. An impostor killed me and I was chatting with the other ghosts. And suddenly 2 rounds after I was dead I went alive and also with a wall hack glitch. All other players were able to see me. And once the impostor killed me again I went back to normal ghost state.
There's a visual bug in polus, you need at least two people.
We were playing hide and seek, I hid below the scanner in medbay but in my brother's pc I was slightly to the left and I couldn't get further to the right.
The only thing I thought was that there may be some kind of limit of the map's size.
multiple times the game has glitched where i can see messages of ghosts and even follow around ghosts when im still alive in the game, however for some reason nobody else can and nobody believes me when i say im able to talk to ghosts until i correctly predict the imposter by asking the ghosts who killed them
i dont know if this was just me but i joined a game once and there was a guy and i think he was that slightly off green colour and he had “???” as his name. i saw him running around in the game but when it went to meetings he wasnt in the list. also when the task bar was fully green the game didnt end so i just left. idk y it sounds creepy
That odd green color is called Fortegreen, a reference to the game's Programmer Fortebass.
A thing that happened to me: i win a game as an impostor in a game of 3 impostors and there was 4 impostors

I have came across a glitch were when it is voting time your screen will stay on your character and you will go into the nearest wall you can not move and once everyone's voted you will remain able to move it doesn't really help with anything this has happened to me a few times
There's another glitch that is almost the same at in 4:00, however instead of your character spawning at the correct place, it spawns there, it only happened to me twice, also it wasn't other players, it was you only.
one time i ended up playing a game with placeholder green guy + regular green guy and it was really confusing, especially since the placeholder moved around like a regular character
Glitch- if you do a task while the light sabotage starts then leave you don’t lose any vision. This works in mobile idk about pc

Glitch: Someone can call a meeting and die at the exact same time and it will appear as a dead person calling a meeting
Im pretty sure it was patched a while ago but if you get in a vent as a sabotage goes off like reactor or o2 occasionally it resets the sabotage thing so you can have both reactor and oxygen going off at the same time

Fun fact about the second one, at the start of the game I accidentally jumped in a vent... somehow no one noticed me missing
Yeah the 0 imposter remain glitch happened to me as well, if it happens with the last imposter, it’ll say -1 imposter remains
Another glitch when you call emergency meeting your name hides and colour switches randomly and when you get out of emergency meeting your colour switches to normal that you chosen
Somebody did a glitch where every few seconds all doors would close and lights would turn off once u finished fixing them. It was annoying we couldn’t do anything
Another Glitch: spamming faster than the game lets you caused me to end up in the void and could not move till some one called a meeting and on one time a charater the same colour as me spawned, it had no name above its head but when it left its name appeared, its name was CD it did not move at all (also your tasked dont appear and dont exist cus at this point, the game think u dont exist or left also i think it only work if ur host)

So, I actually have no idea if this was a dream or not, but there might be a glitch where you as the player can walk through walls and outside of the map kinda like the pet glitch? Again, I have legit no idea if I just dreamed of this or if it's a real glitch-
For the one where you are a weird shade of green for a split second sometimes the game glitches and actually spawns the player with that color and they remain that way the entire time which is weird cuz it looks like there is 11 people when you are playing but only one person can see it usually as the glitch isn't for everyone else's screen just yours at least that is one I have experienced also the name will be ??? It's so weird
I had a glitch, me and my friend literally BECAME me, their was 2 kitkats the same colour and everything, I was the imposter and we both couldnt move or sabotage or do anything, people thought we were hacking...Ah yes, I literally freaked out- definitely hacking .

one great glitch was when i was a dead impostor i quickly shut caf and sabotaged o2 at the same time it worked for me 3 times recently
Sometimes There was 2 people with the same color and another time someone died and wasn’t a ghost so they could interact with everything and vote
there's this one glitch where if you vote or skip but it says you didnt vote and theres no option to vote so the rest of the ppl have to wait until the voting time ends
Ok, so once I was playing, I was cyan and me and pink were imposters, then i started seeing this dark green dude, whose name was "???", but then someone called a meeting, but surprisingly ??? Was not there, there was no dark green player, everyone was confused especially the one who called the meeting, cuz he had called it to report dark green for killing yellow, everyone was like wtf? After the meeting, dark green disappeared, he also had a ninja mask.
For the admin swipe if you swipe the card back and forth really fast and release it on the 4rth swipe it'll say it's complete
One time when I was crew, there was some weird visual glitch in which I could see the kill cutscene as if I was the one getting killed, but I lived and I was able to see who the impostor was. I called meeting and told everyone what happened and told them to vote me out, but they skipped???

I've done the second one a lot and stand on top of a vent so they'd think I vented there.
Another glitch: One time I had a clone. The exactly name, and I was brown and my clone was brown. It could move and interact. For some reason, it just left randomly and said my name left the game! Weird 0-0
