Matpat did a video on FoodTheory about why Prime sucks, it has mostly potassium when your body needs mostly salt, so it’s not effective. Than, they can still say it has more electrolytes than their competitors.
Like Powerade says it has 50% more electrolytes vs. the leading sports drink and if you read the nutrition facts it literally says how much sodium, potassium and sugars. Powerade actually says how much stuff is in the drink and Prime to my knowledge hides a bunch of that kind of stuff. BTW I love PowerAde.

Gatorade gives the proper ratio of sodium to potassium, but Prime has very little salt in it so it doesn’t work as well, and they can still say it has more electrolytes.
