I remember watching the first episode of this series when it first aired. I was a huge fan of the movie "Breaking Away" and I think I dismissed the series because I don't remember watching any episodes after the pilot. A shame really because it isn't a bad series. It's great to see the episodes that you posted here but I would love to see the remaining few episodes. Sadly they don't seem to be available anywhere and they aren't available on dvd. Thanks a lot of posting these because it might be the only chance anyone has to see this lost series that's part of the Steve Tesch's cycling themed legacy.
From my phone ,,Sorry folks my computer went down last year haven't been able to buy a new one yet as soon as I do I will upload the rest of the series I hope this year sometime be patient , appreciate the responses thanks got watching
Whatever happened to this America? I'm too young but I did get a glimpse of this type of innocent America in the late 80s when I was pretty young. And that professor is spot on saying the American dream is coming to an end.. .and that was 1980?? lol.
I lived it...I even started racing road bikes from BMX in the early eighties and mid eighties, talking like this and wearing the campi' hat to school. I joined fraternity at WSU and raced on the WSU cycling team; never was that good but it was fun. All because of the movie and series I loved it, it was that innocent and fun. You could ride your bike anywhere without worry. We had fun playing outside all day and night.
Beautiful Dominique Dunne as the clever NYC girl. DD could have lived forever, but for that murderous boyfriend of hers. I hope they'll throw away his cell's key. Congrats to Shaun C. for working hard to build up his legs and look more like a cyclist than in the pilot.
these old series were so human! I miss this kind of stuff.
Thank you very much from Italy,I'm very grate for this video,Bravi Bravissimi!!
This was a great show. I hope the other 6 episodes come soon.

Excellent! I'd forgotten this series existed! Now I remember watching it when the show was re-run by A&E in the early/mid-'80's.

Bravo! Grazie!
Hearing the Professor is just eerie when he was right all along - American society has turned the point where not working at all gets you the perks.
One of those short-lived gems that should have made it!
Thank you! So excited to see these. Please, please keep them coming!
Same thoughts exactly!
Awesome show. Was hoping to see all the episodes :(
Thanks for uploading this! I can't wait to see the other episodes.... :)
I saw the movie first then did not like the TV show. Now I’m liking it???
That car roof rack is something else.
Thanks for posting this. Love it.
I love this being set in Autumn 😢
You're unfortunately, sadly true!!!
Not just TV has gotten worse, human beings too!!!
I love this, thank you for posting! :)
Moocher is a good friend...Can't find people like that these days.

Technology has alot to do with it
I didn't know that was a television show. Those days when people were intelligent enough to dress for the weather, exercise and reading.
He kind of reminds me of a young Jim Carey.
one of the things i remember about this show is that it had no traditional opening.
no music or graphics, etc.
Wish this would of at least lasted as long as the Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew mysteries before it.
