- A Royal expert has told Sky News Digital why celebrities are “distancing” themselves from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to throw their support behind King Charles and Prince William.
Josh Rom said it’s “ironic” that Prince Harry and Meghan are trying to further their careers in Hollywood, yet “it’s the King and Prince William that are receiving more support” from the stars of the stage and screen.
Prince William attended the 77th British Academy Film and Television Arts Awards on Sunday night where he was spotted speaking with Cate Blanchett and David Beckham.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are attempting to undergo a “rebrand” through launching a new website.
The new website drops the word “royal”.
More Americans love the Royal Family than you can imagine. Harry & Meghan fell short in the way they thought Americans would feel. WE DON’T LIKE TRAITORS and FAMILY TRASHERS.

Prince William was releasing false stories through his press aide. When the press accused William of bullying his brother and his wife out of the UK (as well as signing a press release in his brother's name without his knowledge) Prince William lied to the British press and said that he was not a bully.
Harry later on pointed out that one of the reasons he left the Royal Family was that they protected his brother (William) when he lied and they would not protect Harry and Meghan when they told the truth. That's specifically why they want an apology from William because he lied to the press.
The number of lies being told about Harry and Meghan is astonishing. If you read some of the comments they even mention that Archie and Lilibet are not their children. This is a conspiracy theory that has been disproven. They mention the names Gavin Gringas and Hartford Schroeder. Neither of these children look like Archie and Lilibet. Gavin is older than Archie and Hartford is younger than Lilibet. The very fact that Meghan gave birth in London to Archie is totally ignored. As for Hartford, there are photos of Meghan and Lilibet dated before Hartford was born.
I could go on and on about the various lies told about the Sussexes, but they would not have needed to have done the Netflix deal or the book if only the Royal Family had not prevented them using their website to sell goods. Charles started his first commercial operation 'Duchy Originals' in 1990 selling goods through his Duchy of Cornwall. The Queen did not object to this. The Queen objected to the name 'Sussex Royals', but they have now rebranded this. If the Sussexes had not been cut off from funding either from his father or their business, then there would have been no need for them to release private information. As it was, they also used the moment to set the record straight about the lies told by Prince William and others (Camilla) and many will not accept her as Queen after what she did to Diana.

Has anyone thought about the fact that all this negative attention to Harry and Meghan has really brought a ton of positive attention to the rest of the Royal Family.....we wouldn't be so keen to be sympathetic and supportive of William and Catherine, Charles and Camilla, and the rest of the legit royals if the gruesome twosome weren't so horrible. This is just an observation from an American who has total schadenfreude over H and M 😂🤣☠️

The Royal family is full of liars and abusers, I don't have much to say about meghan as I don't know enough about her but from being from England and knowing quite abit about Prince phillip and his uncle lord mountbatten and the stuff that went on and how the royal family and government were all in with the krays!.

Yes but the real royals have had to endure a great deal of pain and heartache. I can’t imagine doing this to anyone let alone a family that loved them in spite of their childish behavior and selfishness.
Meghan was not a Hollywood actress. Suits was a Canadian soap opera type series. Few, if any, ever saw it in the USA back when Meghan appeared as a second string performer.
