PCN max speed limit for ebikes also 25kph. The brake handles rust easily. Best to put on some protection.

Guys! Don't buy this Ranger ebike. Dangerous bike. Totally crap. The battery and frame are so low , i hit the hump a few times ,fell down. When turn at a corner, the pedal will hit the ground. Crazy
