I have some jade cuttings but it is not as tall as this , it will take a long time. I have a nice bonsai tree. If I have to do this how to make it grow long, how much time will it take to grow that tall

Very nice but there is one issue .
When we use small while pebbles for decoration. After a while they become dirty due to watering and dust ..
So ,any other material to be used...
