Keith, great upload, appreciate you sharing. As a neutral, it looked competitive and high quality. Strikes me that the League of Ireland is in great shape, attracting the best players from the north like Luke Turner 🤩, but the make up of the home fans clearly showing a new, young generation of supporters that should help retain numbers and interest well into the future.
Looked a great atmosphere, just on your reflection, ive been following the vlogs even as far back as when you were deciding the name of the channel on the LOI facebook group, its been a great resource for the league and im sure has contributed to more going to matches, so thanks for what you do with these Vlogs, for me personally i enjoy seeing matches that i likely wouldnt be at myself (Shels ST holder), so keep it up, i think it would be great for you to film Pats away in Europe as a multi day vlog checking out opponents stadium beforehand, etc
What stadiums need is a speakers at each stand, the proper speakers so when tv or loitv is streaming a match fans can be heard properly. When watchin vlogs you feel like the atmosphere was great but in tv it cannot be heard. Same when I go for the match it's very loud on the stand but watching highlights from this match is feels a bit quiet.. or cannot be heard at all.
Rovers decimated with injuries Once there back we will be fine. Keeper cost us the game crazy stuff at the back. Rovers handed Pats tbe points. Should of been out of sight 1st half. 72 percent posession too. Ridiculous to lose that
Pats are unfortunate with injuries too. A centre half playing full back. A couple of youngsters thrown in the deep end. Rovers were class in the first half. ❤❤🤍🤍
Rovers excellent in first half and 3 nill would not have flattered at ht. Watts off crossbar from 8 yards couldve been a big one. 2nd half didnt come out and gifted pats possesion in back third and pats took their couple of chances. Rovers only got any passing together again for last 10 but still shouldve equalised with excellent block by somone as good as a goal. From rovers end looked like peno and wouldve of been red for pull on hollohan when rounding the keeper. Why would he go down if not put off balance when he gone past keeper and not too wide? Will need to see it back. Cheers for vlog
This has always been a problem with the league of Ireland, for all clubs. Young lads go to games and make a great atmosphere as people gradually start to stop going to games as they get older. Because it's more of a niche interest I'd imagine you're less likely to have somebody to go with
@@LigerprideHistorically yes, but this time feels different, it's not as much a niche interest as it once was, I commented to my Dad in Tolka on Monday that the demographics of the crowd has massively changed in recent years, wives going to matches with husbands, women bringing the kids along, it was great to see, might not change much among the ultras but elsewhere in the stadium, things are changing
i disagree that we need the government to help, simply put the fai and the loi dont have that sense of professionalism and are more likely to squander the money than invest it - look at Dundalk - where did all thet euro money go? Galway and their PowerPoint plan for the future, etc etc etc.
Thoughts in the comments 💪
I think that’s rovers done now.😂
Teams switched momentum after the half
@@BelfastIsReddon’t jinx it please 😂
Holy jasus. Rovers will win the league by 10 points or more lump on.@@BelfastIsRed

12:48 what is that kid doing in the blue
Great vlog Keith 1st time seen my nephew in your vlog behind you 😂
😅😅😅
Not one drop of puberty in the pats section 😂😂
The real supporters always stood on the Camac side. You just saw what is called the Ultras I think. That section of the stand is reserved for them.
Great result for the Saints. Bohs were poor vs Waterford. Underestimate Padraig Amond at your peril. Where did you get those glasses?

I rarely read too much into possession as it’s what you do with it, however Burke should have made it two

@raymonddixon7603 tbh they haven’t had too many injuries compared to other clubs
@@IrishFootyVlogs Maybe so. I have a one track red and white mind.

I think he fell over tbh. The block was Keeley
I do agree with you, but Pats missed 4 gilt edged chances in the first half too.
All 10 year olds pats 🤣🤣
Yous got quite after that second goal didn’t you
@@petergaming2769 I’m not a rovers fan ya wet Brain

Should be exclusively for facilities improvement though nothing else
