I heard about a year and a half ago the negative and toxic things of yoga and at first was very skeptical until i started to research. You have the BEST explanation right here as to why it is NOT AT ALL GODLY nor what a Christian should practice. Bow down to Allah Almighty, in every situation, even in yoga, for everything is connected to God Almighty and you by it and by all. In Quran, Allah says, it is your intention that matters. So, yoga or food or music, whatever , we are all connected to God Almighty, Muslims call Allah. In Salat, Muslims bow to Allah 5 times a day, Jews 3 times a day, but all humans must bow and only bow to Almighty, ritually and spiritually, only then , you cast out all devils and demons, and your actions to all His creations must be of kindness and compassion, (definitely be compassionate and do not kill and eat dogs and cats like Chinese, Ghana and Cambodia, Koreas ) otherwise Allah may not accept your prayers, ones you call manifestation. Of course, all idol worshippers are wrathed by Almighty forever, unless they repent to Allah.

I am a Christian and Hatha Yoga practiced yoga for years, it's a great form of fitness and I never had the experiences you're referring to. My instructor was Christian and we never discussed religion, Hinduism or any of the things you are referring to. It is non-denominational and a form of exercise. Drugs and witchcraft were never forced on me either. If anything, it made me healthier!

First of all this video is completely senseless because she is talking about 33 million Gods of Hinduism which is completely wrong. She did not get it from the right source, in Hinduism there are not 33 million Gods that she is talking about there are thirty three different types of God. This happens when you want to know the right information from the wrong place so don't get into what she was talking about .Yoga which was completely wrongly mentioned in this video . Let me clarify you that the Yoga neither brings good spirits nor the bad spirits it is when you think about the Demons you get into the demonic thing, in this entire video she was talking about Demons more than the yoga. Now let's talk about yoga. Yoga is a practice in which you calm yourself and connect yourself to the universe and get out from all the materialistic things happening in this world at that instant you get complete calmness and diviness with purity. She was saying that in yoga postures you are calling Demons. As now let me clarify you that this is completely wrong by mentioning some examples. There is a certain yoga Aasan known as Surya Namaskar in which you perform certain Aasan which connects you to the sun and it provides you energy. But then as per according to her even the sun should be considered as a demon . How can I forget to mention about the important thing which she said she was saying that when you are in an Emptiness then the Demons accomplish your body then let me justify it that Lord Gautam Buddha he was there in a meditative pose almost all the time and stayed in the meditative form and that was also in a form of yogic postures that means he was even possessed by the demons, but we call him as the God so what does that justify. So the answer is you must not learn Yoga from those who are just well trained in maintaining certain body posture but you must learn Yoga from those who are spiritually very strong along with knowing how to perform yoga Aasan correctly then only you can have the beneficiary effect of yoga. And please don't get into this bogus talks on Demons with yoga😊 neither should you know anything about Hinduism from those who himself or herself are not a practitioner of Hinduism and are not well knowledgeable in that field. Because then you will be delivered with the wrong piece of information. So stay happy. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this video! I started doing yoga innocently one day to help with stress. I didn't know the truth behind yoga and what it symbolizes. I remember having sleepless nights, being depressed, suicidal, constantly having the worst thoughts and i had no idea why. But i believe that God has delivered me and set me free, and exposed the enemy and his lies. So grateful for this video, wish I knew sooner but God is good and I am thankful for His grace.

Yes At the time I started doing yoga no one not even Christian’s told me that it was wrong. It took the Holy Spirit to make me uncomfortable and show me after researching the internet and asking other Christian’s that something was not right. I was doing downward facing dog one day and the Holy Spirit let me see a Hindu statue where incense was being burned in the room. I have not been back or have practiced yoga since that day. God later confirmed through people like you that this was demonic. I praise God for you giving this message because After repenting and renouncing this I believe God delivered me. I think a lot of Christians still don’t know that it’s demonic. Some may also choose not to see… I know that for a long time I didn’t know, but I really wasn’t into yoga anyway.

Is incense wrong to burn? I use to burn them everyday because I loved the smell. My spirit always seemed off about them but I nudged it off as just burning to make my home smell good
Great video Jenny. I did Qigong for about 15 years. God told me to stop doing certain sets. Everytime I prayed about it to God to see if it was Ok, I always heard only one word...SORCERY (It is known by Taoists as internal alchemy). I stopped and repented and had a devil ripped from me during a self deliverance. God also asked me to give up all martial arts. I did and repented of all of it. I opened a discussion in a martial arts group I was in at that time to share what God had revealed to me. I got tremendous push-back from every member but two. I even had one man tell me that God didn't tell me to stop doing Qigong because he too was Christian and God never told him that. He then proceeded to tell me that Jesus used chi energy to come back to life after the 3 days. I couldn't believe someone would think that nonsense...especially someone claiming to be a Christian. Fast forward to this year... I was doing research on Sumeria and they worshipped a goddess of earth named Ki. In Qigong, you are taking in 'earth energies' (among others). In modern language ki is the Japanese pronunciation of chi or qi. I found that interesting and wanted to share.

I suggest reading up on Pastor Master Raul A. Ries years ago he had a movie about his life, Kung Fu San Soo and Lo Sifu, Jimmy H. Woo student. He's been on this journey and path for decades. Thank you for this, I stopped yoga 2 years ago. Praying against this and generational curses was eye opening. I felt like something was crawling under my skin. My dreams were interesting as well. Masquerading spirits trying to get me to do yoga and getting angry when I rebuke them. I knew I was free when I could fast and not feel things moving in my body. I’m never doing this again. Confirmation!!! just went to a someone's house who teaches yoga and Holy spirit told me this morning to put a distance with her. It was the first time I actually went to her house or saw her outside of the daycare centre where our children go. I know Yoga is completely demonic.. and I was asking myself how do I get away from this person because her daughter is my son's age and she really wants us to become friends.... then in prayer this morning the Lord told me : Put a distance with her! I had a dream two days ago where I saw a demon doing incantations while doing yoga.. seeing your video this morning..WOW! The Lord has a way of CONFIRMING His Word!! Thank you Jenny for your obedience to God. Much needed word in our day. I pray the Holy spirit gives me an opportunity to tell this person the truth. I used to meditate a lot, but mann when i get mad i feel like im somewhat possess by a very angered energy and i just felt this heavy presence in me all the time.. instead of meditating I prayy and it's soooo much better with the holy spirit

I know that yoga opens doors to the demonic and don't practice it, but I do want to exercise, stretch and be healthy, and I struggle with finding stretches and work out routines that do not incorporate yoga poses. I've googled yoga poses and it seems like SO MANY stretches come from yoga!! I would love to see some of the non-yoga stretches you have found do not come from yoga.

I love to stretch but most incorporate stretches from yogo such as down dog, cat cow etc.
I've done these thinking that I'm not worshipping idols but stretching.

Stretching doesn’t take much. You are making it more complicated than it is. I think about back in the day when I stretched before practice. Stretching took 5-10 minutes. Then you are ready to go. You don’t need 30 minutes of stretching

Thank you! I have made excuses like it’s what you meditate on and it’s your intention behind yoga to justify doing it even after being told about this. The enemy has succeeded in keeping me from watching this video until today. I was finally able to watch it and receive it! So now how does one go about identifying and closing all the doors they’ve opened?

A friend introduced me to Christian yoga a few years ago. My cousin (who is a Chaplain) warned me about yoga & had me look up the definition in the dictionary. That’s all it took for me to quit. Thank you for your prayer. I repented and felt the warmth/weight on my hands.
Madam,yoga is an ancient hindu practice of spiritual,physical,breathing control with postures and some mantras.
It combines body,mind,soul and spirit that is why it is called yoga. It generally reduces anxiety as well help in toning the muscles of a body.
The most important aspect of yoga as well as Hinduism is personal choice. If one gets any benefits out of it do it,if not don't do it no compulsion.
It will not make anyone a hindu. In fact the prayer of Arab religion has some components of yoga in their body postures not the religious part. An interesting aspect of yoga in west is that lots of young females do yoga and some even go as far as practice nude yoga.But it is their choice.
A Christian will pray to be delivered from the Dark Night of the Soul.

You don't understand, i think for doing Yoga there are certain time for doing it or they have not learnt the full concept of yoga from the Hindus because if not done correctly, there are consequences, i think even Sadhguru had mentioned that it is dangerous if not done properly, unfortunately some people are experiencing the dark side of it. Yoga is more than just doing poses or stretching because your opening yourself and trying to reach oneness. And when doing this and especially newer people who try they get attacked first .

Truth Amen 🙏 I was so into Yoga and it lead to transcendental meditation and all sorts of wickedness. I heard the Truth on Isaiah’s channel a year or more ago, praise the Lord! I was looking into an Ayuwaska retreat in Peru. I was delivered from that sorcery and repented of all that nonsense. It definitely opened a door and other demonic crap came right in. Scary stuff. You have to also be careful what preschools, school teachers and PE are doing because many exercise programs for the little ones include yoga, basic meditation!!!

I did yoga in college and didn’t know this. It was a fitness class which was mandatory for a general studies degree. I never liked it and my teacher actually ended up giving me a D because I never showed up. It was always weird and uncomfortable for me

Thank you for this knowledge 🙏 I was unaware of the meaning of it, I do a workout on beach body on-demand and there are some yoga stretches like downward dog and child's pose but I don't know all yoga poses so I am going to look into it so I am NOT doing them. You mentioned doing a video with you doing some stretches, I would REALLY like that so I know what is ok to do.

I’ve never felt attacked or demonic presence when doing yoga? I do not chant anything or offer praise to any deity but the yoga instructor I have been seeing just names the poses ? I feel conflicted on this one cuz it relaxes me and really helps with my back pain. It seems like the demonic aspect happens when the chanting and praising takes place ? If anything I feel more in tuned..I don’t experience anything like what was described. My life was stressful before yoga.. I get the points that were made it just doesn’t seem that black and white to me..
