I have jobs too. There are 7 different mutations of the stat3 gene. Degrees of severity go from mild expression to severe. My mom had it. I also have it as do my 2 daughters. First 3 generation fam at nih seen for this.

There are some immune therapy options like using anti IgE antibody but it has a lot of side effects

@@remi10179 i do sinus washes to keep it free of allergens and nih has prescribed allergy meds to assist. First, gut health is so very important!!! Keeping that in balance helps tremendously.

How do u lower ige? I've just found out im highly allergic to dogs dander cat epilitheial n grass after doing a blood test to find out food sensitivity. My ige level is about 900. I have been on a carnivore diet over a year. Tonight my dogs are sleeping in the living room...no more sharing the bedroom n cat will not be allowed in the house.
I naturally lower my seasonal allergies with things in my yard. If u arent allergic to honey that could help, but consult your doc first before any treatment.

No. Hyper ige is above 2000. Also for it to be Hyper IGE syndrome it would be consistently elevated.

D P , i will suggest that u go see a good MD skin doctor ...i guess your daughter might have eczema and i personally suffer from eczema with 8000 igE. I am also a doctor.. 23yr old. If money is not an issue ask your dr to provide you with omalizumab or dupalizumab injections...they can cause anaphylactic shock so keep epinephrine for safety. If money is an issue , there is a tablet medicine called toficitinib. These are all biologics. And support your daughter mentally because i personally know that this problem takes a toll on person. @@dp9102 i am sorry but there is no cure yet. But the new biologic medications like omalizumab, dupalizumab and toficitinib. Only difficulty is doctors who know about these new medications and use them, which are very few. I don't know any doctors in jakarta but i know few on Punjab. And they know someone in delhi . I can ask if you want to pay a visit to them. You will have to go to various doctors and ask if they will use these medications. They work great but take time

Consult your doctor...As your IgE level is very high you are more prone to allergy ,hence the rashes.
