@@mikelarsen5836 They are like an intermission... Every show has a "thing". This is Lucifer"s. They're not gonna give you all the answers right away.. It's good to have an episode to relax after few intense ones.
@@Aro7241 I hate when they do that and release a filler after a very important episode...The only good part of this episode was the ending where lucifer got his wings cutted
the previous episode was a mid S3 finale. This episode was a flashback of when Lucifer visited earth in 2011, and what were the circumstances that allowed him to stay on earth. Chloe was likely promoted to detective because of this case, which shows that Lucifer and Chloe were connected from the beginning, as the last time Lucifer had visited earth was in the 70s. (his white suit as John Travolta) and chloe was not born in that decade. Maybe God, knowing that Lucifer would visit earth again in 2011, made sure to put chloe on earth during the 80s so that they would meet. The place where the fights are held is currently Lux.
The scene with Amenadiel chasing the chicken and then Lucifer eating fried chicken... ya think it was the same chicken? I appreciated the flash back and explanation to answer some questions. Now let's dig into Cain! We've got a bevy of episodes to cover before Fox pulls the plug.
This episode of Lucifer was broadcast as a single episode in the middle of the Christmas 2017 break. That's why it is not connected to the main Cain storyline. .
Hey guys, just so you guys know. You guys should watch episode 25 after episode 15 because that episode was meant to be a filler for season 4 before the show got canceled and Netflix brought it back. According to the show creators, that episode should fit neatly in between 15 & 16 of season 3.
Actually, they ordered 22 for season 2, but cut the order back to 18(despite filming all 22 eps). The 4 that were left were standalone episodes that didn't feature "Mum", so they just sprinkled them thru the first half of this season. Those 4 fillers are 3x03, 3x04, 3x07 and this one 3x11. Season 3 were originally supposed to be 22, just like season 2, before they cut it shorter. SO 22 + 4 = 26 episodes this season. They wanted to do the same thing with season 3 and cut back the order to 24 and wanted to transfer the 2 remaining episodes to a potential season 4, but Fox cancelled Lucifer, so they aired 3x25 and 3x26 as bonus episodes for fans, to say goodbye to the show. Fortunately Netflix saved the show about a month later and renewed it for season 4, consisting of 10 new episodes. It was decided not to use 2 bonus episodes in season 4, so they remained 3x25 and 3x26 and officially in season 3. I think the showrunners said where those 2 episodes could feature chronologically, but I don't know that for sure.
Micky trying to remember what Lucifer's outfit was inspired to.. Micky, it was Tony Manero's Saturday Night Fever famous shirt and suit. Lucifer says that it was fashionable the last time he visited Earth. So we presume he visited Earth back in 1977. Rana, Miami Vice's stylish outfits were created by wonderful Milena Canonero in the mid-Eighties.
Lucifer was in the CW crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths. God created the heavens and earth, man was last. Lucifer rose up against God and refused to bow to Adam.
Welcome to Season 3 of Lucifer which is FILLED with detours and filler episodes! I'll give the writers credit for at least adding to the Lucifer lore with them but they really make the season drag, which you could have figured out by the sheer volume of episodes in this season as compared to any other. Despite this, season 3 has some great moments and some of my favorite episodes of the series but if you want to experience a tight narrative then you'll have to wait until season 4 which is arguably the best of the show thus far.
I know this is a random flashback episode, but it could also be seen as Lucifer telling Cain how he came to be on Earth, and we get a flashback for it.
Okay the network extended the season from 13 to 26 while they were filming and had the script for the season so they filmed filler episodes and just placed them to extend the season.
Lucifer existed before Cain. In season 2 Goddess talks about God creating humanity and spending much less time with his family because of the time he put in his creation
As someone who doesn't like the Kane part of the season. I like these episodes. Whenever I'm rewatching season 3, these are the ones I Watch. Also this is a really important episode for the overall series, the Kane stuff doesn't matter.
The way lucifer was looking up to the sky while maze cutting his wings was just 🤌✨
How did you see this episode 1 reaction a week ago lol?
@@Radianas time travel maybe? :)
Tom Ellis did have a short cameo as Lucifer for one of the “Crisis on infinite Earths” episode’s because Konstantin needed his favour repaid by Luci
I would suggest DC verse is just Mom Universe.
Amenadiel went to the police station looking like a fortnite caracter speaking like a oblivion NPC
Guys pat & micky, just enjoy a good flashback, not everything needs to be connected 🤭
They are the worst!

"I have never wanted to drop into an episode so bad in my life... I just want an explanation." Lmao
Oblivious Amanadiel on a porn set was freakin' hilarious !!
"you won't find my necklace down there!" Was delivered very well lmao
You're right he did do a crossover in legends of tomorrow
Micky, blood doesn't taste like "copper pennies", it tastes like iron. Spock's blood tastes like pennies. ;-]
He was showing his ignorance!
I'd love to see them react to Titans and what they think of that lol

Your right it was still on Fox and they did not know how to end season 3 or if Fox was going to them to finish season 3.
Such a fun episode 💖
Ah! THE neckless.
I think the necklace comes back at some point? Or has that already happened lol.
Don't want to spoil anything but Lucifer is in fact in the Arrowverse.
DC made the bible confirm?!?
The reason for all the fillers is that lucifer was supposed to end after season 3 but they got renewed
Lucifer was in an episode of Constantine
Why i felt i saw this episode earlier on ur channel and seeing again now ? is this removed and re-uploaded again?
Lucifer was in the cross over in universe 666
You guys should hurry up on Lucifer season 6
Season 3 has a lot of filler episodes thats why the seaosn is so long and some episodes dont connect to the episode before
Lucifer came first as in adam eve and the apple. Cain was eves son
What happened with caine was after Lucifer was banished to hell
Rana the dress is beautiful
Thank you 😊
Yes, this episode was absolute filler, which is why we need to get to the Netflix season as soon as possible.
Lucifer crossover? Yes and no... Same actor, but It was a Lucifer from on another Earth in the DC Multiverse.
no it wasn't it was confirmed it was the same lucifer.

You mean Cain, right?
@@TimedRevolver Yep. See I don't even care about his name.
Well Lucifer tempted Eve and Eve is Cain’s mother so yeah the angels including Lucifer came before humans
There are fillers in this season. Next episode you will get Cain
Finish the wire the wire better than all dese shows
So annoying just watch!!!
Lol I know it’s been a year 😂
