That's not true the first is I believe a class 415 it's a third rail EMU, you can see the shoe gear (power pick up assembly) in the video. The class 207 looks very similar and is indeed Diesel
@@user-uu1fe9gb3b The Class 415/416 is a 3rd Rail EMU, it's just that the conductor rail is not always in shot, and it often has a protective board around it. They do point out the conductor rail at the end, at 13:01.
