আমাদের একটা এরকম সমস্যা আছে। আমাদের জমি CS খতিয়ান এ। এর যে খতিয়ান SA RS এগুলো একজনের নামে। Sa RS জার নামে হয়েছে। সে ভারতে চলে গিয়েছে। 1969/70 দিকে ওখানে থেকে যারা আসছে । তাদের কে ওনি আমমোক্তার দিয়েছে।আমরা বাটোয়ারা মামলা করেছি। আবার জে আমমোক্তার নামা দলিল আছে। সেখানে আমাদের কোন জমি দেওয়া হয় নাই । আমরা কি জমি গুলো পাবো।

Thanks for your description for the POA. It seems to me that it is not clearly and elaborately described according to the 2015 POA amendment. If you have time please do so. I have seen in the 2015 amendment that within 4 months POA registration should be completed. Otherwise, what will happen please let us know

👍 তবে রেজিস্ট্রি বা নোটারি যে ভাবেই আমমোক্তার করা হোক না কেন, সিভিল কোর্ট এর কোন উকিলবাবু ই নোটিস মারফৎ এটিকে বাতিল করতে পারেন।

Thanks Subhashishbabu . No I do not agree with you . Pls. read Supreme Court judgement of 2011 . State of Haryana vs. Suraj Lamp Industries . POA holder does not have any ownership right . So how can he sell / morgage / transfer any property on behalf of actual owner ?? Pls. clarify . This process is riddled with fraud 🤥 .
