But we need to be disciplined and manage. Its hard as hell, but that is because we are simultaneously worshiping our desires or something else while worshiping Allah. There are numerous hadith on this matter so a scholars statement does not negate the hadith and the verses in the noble Qur'an which clearly make this impermissible. I think this needed refuting as is from my understanding, and Allahu Alam, a grave misguidance. May Allah reward you for pointing this out and keep you on the straight path.

If the scholar he is referring to was using this statement to emphasise the importance of not committing shirk then that's different from how it came across in this video. It wasn't pushing that point he literally said he thinks it's good to say Wallahi and be lying over swearing oath to an idol! I think by promoting this being a good thing people who have a basic level of understanding will interpret that as they can go and do that freely and its OK, it's not. There are verses in the Qur'an and many ahadeeth that clearly show this is a sinful action not to be encouraged. The emphasis on shirk didn't come across in this video it was more about lying under the name of Allah the Most Gracious Most Merciful which to me is a dangerous thing to do that if we take part in we will be held accountable for unless we fully repent for doing so but Allahu Alam, maybe I'm wrong I just don't think one scholars statement on the severity of shirk should be interpreted as its OK to lie by Allah subhana wa ta'ala. That's like saying that because one sin is a major the other is a lesser that its good to do it, it wouldn't be! And whilst shirk is one of the worst in hadeeth false testimony is grouped with this as a major sin also so it can't be presented as a good thing by any means. The Qur'an even states ...therefore avoid the uncleanness of the idols and avoid false words.” (Surah Hajj 22:30) so how is saying false words by the name of Allah a good thing?

Also just because they charge for it doesn't mean it's fake. Qur'an teachers charge for teaching Qur'an, this is no different. In fact healing and helping people by Allah's permission is one of the most heroic acts you can do.

Advice about the "quranly" ad, many scholars of islam mentioned that they hated(makrooh) counting good deeds because it inflicts the feeling of pride in how much a person "gained" plus its an impolite attitude with *Allah* swt as he is the one that counts good deeds not the human.
Instead, based on the Quran and hadith scholars often encourage themselves and everyone to count their bad deeds and their crimes and to ask Allah for forgiveness and repent from them

There are numerous hadith on this matter so a scholars statement does not negate the hadith and the verses in the noble Qur'an which clearly make this impermissible. I think this needed refuting as is from my understanding, and Allahu Alam, a grave misguidance. May Allah reward you for pointing this out and keep you on the straight path.

If the scholar he is referring to was using this statement to emphasise the importance of not committing shirk then that's different from how it came across in this video. It wasn't pushing that point he literally said he thinks it's good to say Wallahi and be lying over swearing oath to an idol! I think by promoting this being a good thing people who have a basic level of understanding will interpret that as they can go and do that freely and its OK, it's not. There are verses in the Qur'an and many ahadeeth that clearly show this is a sinful action not to be encouraged. The emphasis on shirk didn't come across in this video it was more about lying under the name of Allah the Most Gracious Most Merciful which to me is a dangerous thing to do that if we take part in we will be held accountable for unless we fully repent for doing so but Allahu Alam, maybe I'm wrong I just don't think one scholars statement on the severity of shirk should be interpreted as its OK to lie by Allah subhana wa ta'ala. That's like saying that because one sin is a major the other is a lesser that its good to do it, it wouldn't be! And whilst shirk is one of the worst in hadeeth false testimony is grouped with this as a major sin also so it can't be presented as a good thing by any means. The Qur'an even states ...therefore avoid the uncleanness of the idols and avoid false words.” (Surah Hajj 22:30) so how is saying false words by the name of Allah a good thing?
