Generously sized bedrooms do not require that you push the beds up against the wall to make room. You mention a private home office that shares a double sided fireplace with the living room but you never show it.

The house is great I absolutely love the kitchen and the sunken family room and all those gorgeous windows I just don't understand why all of these houses the formal living room needs a couch family room needs a couch the hallway needs a couch the master bedroom needs a couch the basement needs a couch I mean there's no imagination and I do love the master bedroom but that couch in that extra area needs to go why why the couch and love that master bathroom could be a super fun house to decorate and make your own
