Okay, so I got the balls to watch the video and I really appreciate that you were honest, but remained kind while doing so. My biggest problem with this whole hair things has not been how I look, but how people are acting about it. Many, like you, have given constructive criticism in a caring and kind way. Unfortunately, many others have been down right rude, mean, and bullying the hairstylist on his social media, which is NEVER okay. I try to spread love and positivity and am an active anti-bullying activist, so it hurt me so deeply to see people going out of their way to be rude to someone. I do not think he "purposely took advantage" of me because I can't see as some have said. He is a truly LOVELY human and I greatly enjoyed my 5 hours with him. He's been in the business for 40+years and has done INCREDIBLE things with hair and worked with many of Hollywoods biggest stars. I know he's very talented at what he does, but we all make mistakes and have bad days and I don't think that's any reason to attack him like some have.He may have botched my hair, but I believe in forgiveness.Like Brad says, it's just HAIR and it's so easy to change. I SO appreciate that many people have wanted to "be my eyes" and be honest with me since I can't see it and I will be going to get my hair re-done and documenting it on my channel, so watch out for that! Again, thank you to Brad and to those who have been polite and honest with me, I appreciate it! Remember, it's often not what you say, it's how you say it.
Molly Burke you’re a gorgeous girl, but that stylist could’ve done so much better. You’re amazing and you deserve amazing hair! Go to Brad! ❤️❤️❤️ the cut though!
OMG thank goodness I'm not the only one who thinks that Molly's hair color didn't look as good as it could have. Molly is GORGEOUS always, I just think the color needs some fixing.
i actually really like the color here. it's kind of a rose gold, but obviously he did an insanely horrible job with blending it into her natural color. i agree it looks so much better now, tho.
That hairdresser did nothing but brag the whole time and then did that. He was so calm because he seemed so egotistical and sure of himself, he should be ashamed of this half-assed dye job on sweet Molly.
He was kind of bragging but to be fair, if you watch the whole video, Molly was asking him questions about all those things and kind of pulling it out of him. She wanted him to tell the audience the impressive things he's been involved in
Ik he was like "oh honey i could do this with my eyes closed" and i was like of course you can it looks like shit if you did it with your eyes closed it would look the same
Cutie Bear Many have thought that, but he knew he was being filmed. I don’t think he’d be that reckless. On his IG, it is very clear he does not do much dyeing. His uploads are mostly styling. He’s got Gwen as a client, but it’s bleaching her roots (or whatever substance he uses-he prides himself on not using bleach) every 7 days. Blending, ombre, balayage are not his fortes.
He was calm because he lost interest I doing her hair. I really feel like he started to doubt she was actually blind and got angry. I think he botched it on purpose. He even says I the video that he had to keep reminding himself she was blind. Smh.
Why do people feel the need to attack every mistake someone says. Calm down its only YT. Same here! It really bothered me when James Charles put blind girl does my make up in his title. I know it's clickbait but it felt disrespectful.
This reminds me of when an old school hairdresser doesn't undertake any new training for new trends and just dies it in the way they know cuz 'years of experience'
AllThingsKerri Yes! So sad to see complacency in hair salons. Been there once- a birthday gift cut and color (not ombre, though), and it was a donation cut, too. This was over ten years ago, and in retrospect, I should've insisted on the stylist I'd been going to for years, who was at a different salon; instead, it was at the salon the gift-giver went to. The woman who did my cut & color, and I, were *_not_* on the same wavelength _at aaaaallll._ No disasters, but definitely not fantastic. It seemed like she thought the cut I wanted was too avant garde (my words, not hers); I wanted (and finally sort've got) an A-line bob, stacked, and shaved below the occipital. I didn't think that was so 'out there,' but this woman was reluctant to cut as short as I wanted, and also to shave as close as I wanted. 🤷🏼♀️ Live and learn, eh? 😊
StrivingFor Mindfulness my mom trained as a hair dresser but it was years ago and she hasn't done any new training she always tells me she will trim and maintain a look but she won't ever give me a new style just because things have changed Some hair stylists need to remember that just because you have been in the industry a while doesn't mean you know everything
Amen. !! 40 years in business- who cares how many years in Business! This should be beautiful art. So lazy and “whatever” about everything... 😳 talking about these brands all the time.. usually client talks, not stylist. And i dont believe 1 word he said.
Molly re did her hair!!!! She mentioned you omg it looks way better rn!!! Pleeaaseeeeee go watch it the hair dresser did a great job fixing and we all know how hard it is to fix and create a good foundation to go from there!!
The hairdresser who coloured Molly's hair, is a prime example why some people prefer to trust themselves and do it at home. This man is supposed to be an expert, and it is very bad. I feel very bad for Molly...........she donated all that beautiful hair, and deserved better, I'm sure Brad would have done a better job though
Yea specially when you have to pay an arm and a leg to get a lot of this stuff done at a salon. When you do it yourself its obviously cheaper and if you mess up it doesn't feel as bad as when you pay $100+ and gets messed up. I used to do at home dying and stuff for a long long time but now I go to a salon because my chronic illness has brought me to a point where it hurts too much to do myself. There are always merits to both things and I have been on both sides of it. Sometimes its better to see a stylist but other times you just cant afford to take that chance.
after YEARS of not getting close to a hairdresser my mom said knows the DA BEST hairdresser in town so i went and asked for a kinda pixie hair with long bans and the dude gave me A BOWL CUT
I’m a newer hairstylist and i totally agree. I remember the first time i went to a salon and it was because i wanted to go a very natural red color. It was the first time I’d EVER trusted someone else, and she didn’t listen to ANYTHING i asked for. Once i realized I was kinda good at it myself I chose to work in a salon. It’s important to listen to your client and talk to them. If what they’re asking for may not happen it’s important to DISCUSS THAT! Give them options! Most people are reasonable and will understand that box dye may prevent hair from lifting easily and will appreciate you being honest. I tell you right now my foiling is SO SLOW which means less clients and less money I’m making in a day, but it’s worth it when the blending comes through the way i want. Things aren’t always perfect. Sometimes we mess up or something bleeds or a blend DOESNT go as planned. Offer to fix it! Especially when you have a client who can’t see! She trusted him! Im sorry, and i don’t like throwing shade, but it looks to me like he took advantage of her and that really sucks.
So hes been in the industry 40+ years and you trust him to do a new style? That's your issue. You should be researching any stylist you go to anyway and asking for our instagram or portfolio, we all have one or the other.
As a hairstylist I CAN NOT believe how much he spoke about him self. Call me old school but I was always taught as the professional you're not supposed to make the appointment about you, it's about the client
This makes me mad because I know nothing about hair so on the rare occasions I go out to get my hair done they’ll do things I didn’t ask for or screw up my hair because they can tell I don’t really know what’s going on. A few months ago I went to a new place and specifically said “I want my hair bleached so I can put fun semi permanent colors in it.” She ended up doing a foil and charging me almost twice as much. I was able to get reimbursed by the manager but the colors I wanted don’t take well to the natural darker parts of my hair!
I don't know how this guy can call himself a celebrity hairdresser it's definitely the tone of his voice is very full of himself but that is one of the worst hair coloring jobs I've ever seen! I have a very bad feeling that he for some reason because she was blind did her wrong!
Thats because anyone can say anything they want about the kind of hairstylist they are...I call myself a master colorist and there is no regulation that deems that to be true. Its just what we choose. Shady boots I know but tis what tit tis.
He explained in the full video that he doesn’t really have a technique, he just attacks the hair with color and does it as fast as possible, which is a pretty accurate description lol
Molly had the advantage of having much longer and finer hair keep in mind. That makes the job of cutting hair like that a little less taxing to cut. Saf did absolutely atrocious, though, but Molly obviously did more research as well lol.
In Saf’s defense, her hair is really thick and wasn’t very long so she would’ve definitely benefited from using four ponytails instead of two. Still, Molly did an amazing job
I love Brad!!! It doesn't matter the situation Brad is always honest and says things other people don't have the balls to say!! That is one of the many reasons we all love Brad! Keep being you Brad!!💞
Ashley Isbell Not to mention that he always manages to put his thoughts in such a nice way and gives constructive criticism instead of just being a shady bitch 😍 That's why he very quickly became one of my favourite YTers once I discovered him ❤
Any hairdresser that spends the entire time talking about celebrities he has worked with would lose all credibility with me. The guy never stopped name dropping!
I saw a man on Dr. Phil who was a homeless drug addict on the streets years ago and now is a very famous celebrity hair stylist and had been clean for I think 18 years and he goes on the streets and gives homeless people hair style makeovers. He does Harry Styles hair lol
It’s upsetting that it didn’t turn out the best because she really trusted him like ugh. She is one of my favorite youtubers and i genuinely feel bad about what he did to her hair
I love how she instinctively closes her eyes when she first cuts it, it's so interesting mannerisms that she kept from having sight for as long as she did. NOTE: She can see light and shadow, everything else is blurred so much that she can't tell what anything is. She said she's technically blind but she's not completely blind like a lights out blind person is. She won't run into something outside in front of her when it's light because she can tell by the shadow something is there - she can see light coming in the window or on her phone screen etc. She's talked about how when she still had sight she knew the colors she loved etc.
Brad is so nice. He did a great job holding back on things that were not necessary to say. He instead gave nice constructive criticism. I hope you get to fix her hair.
I once had a haircut by The Vidal Sassoon and it was the worst thing that ever happened to my hair! Being 'famous' doesn't necessarily equate being good!
Brenda Dockweiler which is so ridiculous as they become famous because a lot of people like them. What does tha say about our society? That we are blindly following whatever we are told to even if we don't like it? 🙁🙁
Mariya Stoyanova I was about 10 yrs old at the time and very vocal about the fact that I was horrified at the 'style' which mortified the adults around me who were fawning over him!
How old are you? I watched the movie Rosemary’s baby a couple of months ago and when she cut her hair short she told her husband that it was cut by Vidal Sassoon.
I mean yeah the sharp change in color with no blending or any variation looked like an amateur with a Splat kit did her hair rather than a high-profile professional who has done the hair of huge celebrities. I understand off days. However he was saying in the video how he thought it came out amazingly and especially when dealing with a blind client who can’t know if she’s going to get weird looks or comments on the street you have to be forthcoming with your clients. If you botch it, own up to it. I had a hair stylist (back before I got into really doing it all myself and wanting to be able to do hair and makeup professionally) who messed up a little on my hair and left me with a lot more amber tones because of underprocessing (even though I paid extra for Olaplex so it could process for longer) and she admitted it to my face and we redid my hair to fix it. She wasn’t high-profile, just ran a small roadside salon in the tiny town I used to live in, but she still behaved quite professionally and swallowed her pride and admitted when she was wrong. I feel the biggest key that distinguishes a professional, aside from proper sanitation and other basics that get you your license, is honesty with the client. Being able to tell the client “you know what this wasn’t my best work, I honestly messed up here on your hair.” That kind of honesty is what keeps clients coming even when you have botched on them, because it gives that client faith that perhaps in the future on a better day you’ll make up for it knowing you’ve messed up before. I only say these things constructively, I never want to attack anyone for their faults. At the end of the day, as Brad pointed out, it’s just hair. It grows out, you can cut it off, you can color over mistakes, it’s fine. I have made mistakes with my own hair. I currently look like I had long-ago brain surgery (side shaves are very attractive when maintained but I’m growing mine back out cause I’ve had it for a year and got bored but lemme tell you side shaves do not grow back gracefully no matter how fabulous you made it when it was what was wanted). Eventually that side of my head will be completely fabulous again. Cause it keeps growing. This guy lost a few respect points for his lack of honesty but I still say we all have off days and he’s still valid as a professional. Every stylist botches someone at some point.
I agree with what you say. But, i just had to mention: i also shaved a side of my head, and damn its not looking cute while growing, but, as you said, i just think itll grow and look like it was 🙈
I wanna comment on the side shave as well. The easiest way to describe my hair style rn is brads but longer on top. The sides and back were completely shaved at one point. My top longer hair is stick straight which is my natural color. My shorter hair is growing in curlyish and completely crazy. It looked so good when it was short but growing it out is a PROCESS
I just recently graduated from cosmetology and took my test and have passed so going to be licensed very soon and I already do this with people as a student I actually am already to where I can see what I did wrong and fix it thankfully and I will not be done until I’m glad with what I did because I would not be able to stand letting someone walk away when I’m unhappy and they are too
The whole time I'm looking like 😨😨😱😱 it looked like a line graph data chart...up down up down here there every where. 😳😳 she is very beautiful regardless but he needs to update his technique 😂
Omg I got mad when I saw the outcome of her hair. I have done my hair myself and I’m not a professional my hair came out way better than this. I even did my friends hair and it came out great. I always watch UA-cam videos and learn from other people’s mistakes before I touch my hair.
I had a hair dresser do the same kind of choppy “ombré” to my hair as the stylist did to Molly’s. I was pissed (especially bc it took 6hrs, it was for my birthday, and in the end it looked like shit. She wasn’t even close to the color I asked for either), but I ended up fixing it myself. I’m not a professional. Once it was fixed it was my favorite color/style I’ve ever had. I don’t really trust anyone with my hair anymore. I feel like if I mess up, I only have myself to blame; but if I pay someone and they mess up I’m upset with both them and myself for trusting them (and for paying to have my hair ruined). And honestly I know a lot can go wrong with coloring your own hair, but I like the control I have to do what I want, how I want instead of having someone trying to talk me out of what I want and/or giving me something I didn’t ask for bc they prefer it another way (I’ve had this happen so many times it makes me want to scream thinking about it. Saying “well this looks more natural” or “that’s the color you asked for” even though I clearly brought in a photo of what I wanted and that wasn’t even close. I’ve even used key worlds like ‘bright’ and still got dark coloring... actually now I recall her saying “if you wanted it that bright I would have had to bleach it first” and my thought was “okay so why didn’t you??” I learned a lot about hair after that.)
i knew he wouldn’t be good when he said pantene. pantene is maybe one of the worst hair brands you could use on your hair ESPECIALLY someone who colors hair.
yeah, most pantene products have sodium chloride which i avoid, especially because i leave my conditioners in. but the pantene truly natural conditioner is salt free and works great for me!
@@ohitsnotme9056 ahhhh Pantene just covers your hair in wax. It feels great for a few months but than it'll start to feel like you forever have product on your hair. Stay away!
I used to be a hair stylist and I felt the same about Molly’s hair but I love her so much. I feel like he took advantage of her because she can’t see it. Idk it sort of upset me. I felt like he was sloppy.
I think he was high as fuggg. His eyes were so glazed and he probably doesn't give a shit about YT stars (doesn't know they actually matter). That poor girl...
Honestly I’m so glad to know that other people think he did a trash job as well. I’ve never seen your channel before so I don’t know your experience level, but I agree with everything you’ve said. I thought the blend was jagged and practically non-existent and the colour seemed dull, faded, and dirty. But I love Molly and I think she is adorable and as long as she likes it and is happy, then that is what matters. Though in saying that, I would love to see a re-do.
I feel the same way!! I worked with a fellow stylist who was constantly name dropping but she was terrible and none of the other 25 stylist at the salon let her touch their heads
@@ThorLokitty I'm not talking about who you're jabbing. I'm responding that it's probably not true that he took advantage of her being blind when he knows she's got a huge following and she's videotaping it to put on UA-cam and show everyone.... does that make sense to you?
@@brazensteel5728 don't be "an" twat? Do you know simple English? And I'm not being a twat I was explaining myself dumbass. This was a month ago, get a life.
I'm a ginger and I'm in Mexico for the next few months. I just got about 7 or 8 inches cut off and the the solan owners wanted to keep it because they had never seen natural red hair XD so they have a ponytail of my hair that they are using to see what they need to mix to get a natural red looking dye lol
@@misplacedagenda4113 I'm from the US. We aren't quite as numerous here but it's still fairly common to see red hair. On top of the red hair thing in Mexico they were just kind of gobsmacked that a white girl knew spanish and was in their salon lol
My sister is a red head and loves going to hispanic salons. They just know what they're doing with her curly red hair. For me, I love getting a hair cut when I visit my family in Spain. My hair is just so thick and traditional American hair dressrrs make me look like I'm always asking to see the manager at mcdonalds and I'm only in my early 20's. I always go home and immediately wash and restyle my hair. I hate it so much
I live in Guadalajara, Mexico and one of my best friends was born there also and she is a red hair, also all of her family and they are all 100% Mexicans! But yeah I think only 1% of the population in the WORLD has red hair!! That's so cool!!
I like her color, but it’s a little chunky and it is no where close to rose gold. Nice and bright, okay on her, I just don’t think that’s what she wanted...
Brad calling Molly a "little hairdresser" is the most wholesome thing. 😭😭😭 Btw she had her hair redone!!! You should react to that and omg I'm waiting for you guys to collab. 🥰🥰🥰
He probably felt like she wasn’t enough of a celebrity client and just didn’t feel like putting in the time for a good balayage, so he just slapped it on.
Yup. In this day and age it's hard to sell your reputation if you can't prove that you produce quality service or products. Online reviews can knock you down instantly.
I was WAITING for you to do a reaction video of this when I first saw it. I think maybe because he knew she was blind he didn’t really care and didn’t put much effort into her hair. She looks good no matter what buttttt that man did her wrong and took complete advantage of Molly.
Peggy I don't think he took advantage tbh, if you listen to the end of her recent video or her getting it re-dyed she seems sincere and I trust her opinion
OMG at 13:56 when she had it up in a pony you could just see a chunk at the base of her neck that was darker.....uhhh I so agree with Brad on everything he said. Like real talk, it looks like she lightened her hair and dyed it herself at home. It also has that over processed/ dry or damaged look to it. Like Brad said, not shiny. I would be LIVID if I paid someone and this is how it came out! And at the beginning when he was just using his fingers to rub the bleach in good lawd no!
She should get her money back. That’s the worst ombré I’ve ever seen. Brad is right though. He had the easiest hair to work with. It was virgin and healthy hair. That color looked so muddy and uneven. Brad please fix it!!!
Brad for the most part the hair u talk about or work with is straight hair never curly Afro. So I challenge you to talk about or work with some Afro🤗 Love u brad❤️ ps WORK THAT CHOKER HUNNY😁
HELL YEAH!! Here in Jenna's Ratchet Salon, we'll give you a new hair color made with100% improv, since non of us hair dressers are certified. lol But anyways, I agree. She dyed her hair several colors when she began dating Julien, dyed it red last year then blue, and gave a Brazilian blowout to Julien plus dyed it purple.
MrsManette is correct. Katie, I hope my long-winded answer helps - 🤣 There are different stages of blindness (similar to deaf/ hearing impaired) Like I don’t actually know exactly what I look like but I have an idea - for the most part people have to describe things. I can read but it’s hard, the text is enlarged and colors usually inverted but even then I depend on reader/ voice programs like Jaws or apps/ programs that are organic to whatever service or medium I’m using. Okay, so like a standard response or comment that would take you a few minutes can take a half hour or more and that’s without proofing.. There are two major philosophies when it comes to blindness NFB national Federation for the blind and a ACB American Council for the blind one really heavily relies on adaptive equipment and the other will teach you how to work with your remaining vision as well as use of adaptive equipment. So at best I’m 20/400 with corrective wear and I have no peripheral vision or depth Perception. I also can’t recognize most things when it’s dark unless I’ve memorize its shadowed shape. perception. I’m photophobic as well. I use a white cane and sighted guide to get around. There are schools and adult orientation centers that specialize in adaptive equipment training and techniques that better our communication skills. I usually watch/ listen to UA-cam on a big flatscreen though I use other devices in order to comment. I’m not sure if I answered the question well, but if you want to know anything else feel free to comment. Oh, side note if interested some adult orientation centers allow people to tour from time to time just to learn more about blindness.
this was the answer i was looking for! i wasn't sure what stage of blindness you were, and these types of things interest me. i was never trying to be rude. it's just amazing to me how blind people do so much despite their disabilities.
She can see light and shadow. She didn't go blind until she was 14 so she did have some slight perception of color when she was younger(I think) and can remeber that. It also could just be the way it feels. Or the way people react to it/others suggestions/liking he idea of something
Stella Christopherson same when I saw her video I thought that is not blended.I just thought it was me and then I forgot about it and I see this video.
I am not a hair dresser or colorist but, I have been getting my hair done and doing it myself for 20 years and have always asked questions along the way. With that being said, even I knew from the jump that this guy’s technique was awful and I pretty much said everything Brad said in my comment on Molly’s video and got hundreds of likes and comments from actual stylists agreeing with me. If I know better and am not trained in any way, this guy shouldn’t have his license or be able to practice on humans.
Judgmental much? Taking away a guy's license and livelihood because of one bad dye job? I hope you never mess up at your job. Perhaps some self-righteous asshole will fire you on the spot.
Modyssey there is a difference between messing up someone’s hair on accident, seeing the issue and fixing it and messing up someone’s hair and either not seeing that there is something wrong with it or just ignoring it because the person can’t see it.
I wholeheartedly agree. He, as a celebrity hairdresser, should be able to do a pink ombré with ease. If he messed up a blind girls hair this badly and lied to her telling her it looked good, he deserves to lose his license and his lively hood.
I totally agree! He DID talk about Gwen, though. Like, he threw her name around for more credibility. Idk if this has anything to do with the choppiness of Molly’s color, but Gwen HAS been known to have blonde hair with black on the ends, and the transition is really blunt and unblended. I know that Gwen probably wanted it that way because the line is so crisp. But Molly didn’t seem to want that NOR did she get a crisp line. It’s just choppy and messy. I think this guy is a grade A dingleberry on the ass of society and needs a reality check. 🙄
What to you think of Mollys new hair?

Just saying, I found it nice that Brad didn’t put blind girl in the title and instead used Molly’s name.
Yes but for someone who doesn't know her, he didn't mention she's blind until like halfway of the video which could confuse some people.
Halfway through? He literally said it 0:43 seconds in

Same here!
It really bothered me when James Charles put blind girl does my make up in his title. I know it's clickbait but it felt disrespectful.
I'd laugh if Gwen Stefani made a statement saying she had never seen that man before in her life 😂
Quick Google search and he is legit the guy who does Gwens hair.
But would still be hilarious.
He clearly only knows how to bleach a whole head not half of it🤣
Lol. I was thinking that too

OMG EXACTLY!!!!!!
StrivingFor Mindfulness my mom trained as a hair dresser but it was years ago and she hasn't done any new training she always tells me she will trim and maintain a look but she won't ever give me a new style just because things have changed
Some hair stylists need to remember that just because you have been in the industry a while doesn't mean you know everything
AllThingsKerri yeah or with makeup, I feel like trends are constantly changing and we're always finding new ways to do things and make them look good
Amen.
Kristall Ojeda omg thank god.
Kristall Ojeda it’s not that hard to fix lol
Yessss brad do Molly’s hair please
Jacqueline Mckennitt yes PLEASE!! ⭐️
The guy who did it was the best it seemed like
Jacqueline Mckennitt yes
Yes yes yes please!!
Jacqueline Mckennitt please!!!
I paid 350 bucks to have my hair RUINED by a stylist last year and my hair just recently started to get better
That moment when Jenna Marbles is a better hairdresser than a celebrity stylist 😂
Alison Campy OMG i thought the same
😂😂 oh my god yes. Beauty queen
She did it better on herself, which is much harder than doing it on someone else. I would get a dye from Jenna 100%
Literally
Every time I watch Jenna attack her own head, I am STUNNED by the result. Witchcraft.
you should help ‘fix’ her hair! :) 💗
edit: oh! u said that^ at the end. i hope molly agrees to you fixing her hair!
You dye your own hair better than that.
Danyelle Jones SHE HONESTLY DOES!
I love you bb
You watch him too??😭❤️
jazmin gonzalez omg haii jazmin , i hope you're feeling better :) i love you !
Omg! Brad you need to bring her in for a redo! You can’t be letting your fellow UA-camr walk around like that!
As a hairstylist I CAN NOT believe how much he spoke about him self. Call me old school but I was always taught as the professional you're not supposed to make the appointment about you, it's about the client
He’s a UA-camr you idiot, that’s the point of the video, he’s meant to react to it, giving his opinion
Darcey Sarai i think she‘s talking about the hairdresser in Mollys video, not about Brad...
Darcey Sarai she was clearly talking about the guy doing Molly’s hair 🤨
@@draitherr she was referring to the hair dresser doing her hair. I wouldn't call people idiots unless your right
You're not old scool... I learned the same thing in cos school in 2016 at 16 years old
Petition to get Brad to give Molly a glamorous hair makeover
ImagineBeth YES
Yesss
Yass queen definitely do this video
As a hairstylist I was PISSED at how careless he was with her hair color. I just wanna fix it so bad !
Savvy Marion i’m not even a hairdresser & i KNEW he was doing it wrong
Me too I looked at this so confused and pissed
I do my own hair, and have been doing it for 4-5 years. I can do soooo much better. And did much better when I first started
Its so sad because her hair was so healthy and beautiful and she was so proud of it :(
Brad *takes an hour nap* "I just took a PHAT nap."
me *takes a 5-6 hour nap every day*
did sis dirty
i dont know a brian yeah :(
What does that mean?
I don't know how this guy can call himself a celebrity hairdresser it's definitely the tone of his voice is very full of himself but that is one of the worst hair coloring jobs I've ever seen! I have a very bad feeling that he for some reason because she was blind did her wrong!
Thats because anyone can say anything they want about the kind of hairstylist they are...I call myself a master colorist and there is no regulation that deems that to be true. Its just what we choose. Shady boots I know but tis what tit tis.
I would never let a client walk out like that because your name is LITERALLY on their hair... you should definitely fix it.
Mess of a Nest my mom was a hairdresser for around twenty years and I showed her the video, she said the same thing.
I was treated similarly and didnt get a refund or a re-do. Worst 450 I spent ever.
*figuratively
Kocia Mama I wouldn't have paid unless they fixed it or took like half or more off
It was so satisfying to give you the 1000th like omg
I love molly so much, but WHAT was that stylist doing?he didn't explain anything to her AT ALL! Though molly still looks absolutely STUNNING❤
I'm wondering if the stylist did in fact not explain or if the video was edited in a way that cut out all of his explaining.
He explained in the full video that he doesn’t really have a technique, he just attacks the hair with color and does it as fast as possible, which is a pretty accurate description lol
Brad: “Listen... we all have our different techniques.”
Also Brad: “There are lines everywhere in this mess.”
Are you going to react to Jenna Marbles trying to remove the color from her hair?
Please collab with Molly and fix her hair.
when molly's literal blind chop is still better than safiya's
Samantha Ramey YES
Lmaooo
LOL! LOVE both of them! That's funny though.
OMG THAT CHOKER IM LIVING
I love Brad!!! It doesn't matter the situation Brad is always honest and says things other people don't have the balls to say!! That is one of the many reasons we all love Brad! Keep being you Brad!!💞
Ashley Isbell Not to mention that he always manages to put his thoughts in such a nice way and gives constructive criticism instead of just being a shady bitch 😍 That's why he very quickly became one of my favourite YTers once I discovered him ❤
I said it and this guy with 119 k yelled at me lmao on ig
Bruh this guy left her hair so patchy. Shes the sweetest and i cant believe he let her walk out with patchy hair
A blind girl is the only person I've seen on UA-cam who cut her hair straight!
Lina Garibay because her sections were thin it was easier
Any hairdresser that spends the entire time talking about celebrities he has worked with would lose all credibility with me. The guy never stopped name dropping!
christine sprinkle it's not that bad if you watch the whole video, Molly asked him and he asked about her, too
I saw a man on Dr. Phil who was a homeless drug addict on the streets years ago and now is a very famous celebrity hair stylist and had been clean for I think 18 years and he goes on the streets and gives homeless people hair style makeovers. He does Harry Styles hair lol
I had my hair bleached by someone who worked with who did Gwen stephani too she wasnt always famous
It’s upsetting that it didn’t turn out the best because she really trusted him like ugh. She is one of my favorite youtubers and i genuinely feel bad about what he did to her hair
ok but the choker is me
Arianna Hyde lmao someone isnt getting it
HI BROOKE
Brooke Houts omg Brooke I love u
I love how she instinctively closes her eyes when she first cuts it, it's so interesting mannerisms that she kept from having sight for as long as she did.
NOTE: She can see light and shadow, everything else is blurred so much that she can't tell what anything is. She said she's technically blind but she's not completely blind like a lights out blind person is. She won't run into something outside in front of her when it's light because she can tell by the shadow something is there - she can see light coming in the window or on her phone screen etc.
She's talked about how when she still had sight she knew the colors she loved etc.
The color of Molly's hair is adorable! Maybe you could fix the harsh line? It would be a cool collab?
Hallie B right! I love the color!
just imagining molly watching this and going ......o shit what did he do
I know! It makes me soooo sad because she can't see it herself! 😭
She addressed this in her new video.
She got it re-done
bby isa omg I didn't even think about that
My heart is breaking for her seeing this 😭
I AM HERE FOR THE FRINGE YAAAAASS KWEEN
Little Flower you spelled queen wrong
Jojo Jd MEG THE CAT nahh it’s kween like I initially said but thanks for the suggestion
Little Flower ok,
why are we not talking about how good brad looks in this video ? the shirt, the choker, it’s a look
Brad is so nice. He did a great job holding back on things that were not necessary to say. He instead gave nice constructive criticism. I hope you get to fix her hair.
We all wanted you or guy to do Molly's hair!!
krissy austin yes!!
Exactly the whole time watching her video I was thinking guy could do so much better
Some paranormal hairtivity is happening for sure.
Tiffany Padilla hahaha! Yeessss girl!
Mariya Stoyanova I was about 10 yrs old at the time and very vocal about the fact that I was horrified at the 'style' which mortified the adults around me who were fawning over him!
same goes for Brad LOL
Some people are famous for bad things XP That's the tea
When I saw her video I thought "I wonder if Brad Mondo will react to this". I'm glad you were so honest about it.
It looks like the hairdresser put a bowl on Molly's head, and then coloured everything that wasn't under the bowl. you know?
Jenna Marbles does better hair @ her own beauty salon 😂
Ebru Evermore Ofc she does, Jenna's ratchet salon is the the best salon in the world dude :D
Trueee
YOU RIGHT , you right .
Beautuber ❤️
I’m dead 😂😂
I thought it looked good at first but then looking at it more I realised it was kinda patchy.
Becca B she should have went to guy Tang
Becca B and not blended at all
Yeah, looks like it was a choppy home job. :( Sad that she mostly likely paid alot for that too.
Becca B meh 2
AteTanka407 she tried but he didn’t respond
Oh Molly please take Brad up on his offer!!!
i knew he wouldn’t be good when he said pantene. pantene is maybe one of the worst hair brands you could use on your hair ESPECIALLY someone who colors hair.
yeah, most pantene products have sodium chloride which i avoid, especially because i leave my conditioners in. but the pantene truly natural conditioner is salt free and works great for me!
I heard it has plastic in it so I just avoid at all costs
@@ohitsnotme9056 ahhhh Pantene just covers your hair in wax. It feels great for a few months but than it'll start to feel like you forever have product on your hair. Stay away!
@@k_xxo I use Pantene 😬😬😬 this is good to know, thank you!
I used to be a hair stylist and I felt the same about Molly’s hair but I love her so much. I feel like he took advantage of her because she can’t see it. Idk it sort of upset me. I felt like he was sloppy.
Cristi Something same here. I was so mad when he said that line about happy hair at the end!
I completely agree. I love her and she deserves better
I don’t think that guy could have done any better. Did I say that right? I mean I think that’s the best he’s got. Very poor job and result.
Brads face of anticipation and excitement is adorable at 3:38
People are rarely completely blind, that's why she can see shadows and things like that. People who are blind are also able to see some light also
The Hamster Army! Molly has light perception so she can see light
ARMY
I am completely blind in my left eye, I do not see shadows, lights, or blackness. It's literally nothing there.
Well she can see light, which is why she likes certain highlighters because when they hit the light she can sort of see them
Can she get surgery? 🤔
She lost her vision, wasn’t born blind. That’s how she knows what she prefers

Aipril Hayday i think he thought he could do anything but he said he was "famous" so when her mom and cameraman saw it, they couldnt say anything
I completely agree!
Love that Brad is trying every which way to not be rude. So sweet. I for one would love to have Brad do Molly’s hair. 😀
Omg Brad! I LOVE that you just said “it’s just hair” it is! Hair can be anyone’s best friend or worst enemy, find what works for you. ❤️
I don't trust people who keep name dropping. I would of left at the man's intro.
BIG AGREEE
Shay Nicz in the actual video Molly asked him to talk about himself and what he does regarding hair

@@carlyvoitans707 I'm confused. My jab was at the stylist, not Molly.
@@ThorLokitty I'm not talking about who you're jabbing. I'm responding that it's probably not true that he took advantage of her being blind when he knows she's got a huge following and she's videotaping it to put on UA-cam and show everyone.... does that make sense to you?

I'm a ginger and I'm in Mexico for the next few months. I just got about 7 or 8 inches cut off and the the solan owners wanted to keep it because they had never seen natural red hair XD so they have a ponytail of my hair that they are using to see what they need to mix to get a natural red looking dye lol
That's cool
@@misplacedagenda4113 I'm from the US. We aren't quite as numerous here but it's still fairly common to see red hair. On top of the red hair thing in Mexico they were just kind of gobsmacked that a white girl knew spanish and was in their salon lol
kassidy davis in Jalisco there are a lot of ginger Mexicans including some

Ruby Wants Friends she wanted peach

Hannah Kelley I dyed my black hair by myself blonde ish and it looked better, and I'm 15. Molly's hair just looks sad.
He probably felt like she wasn’t enough of a celebrity client and just didn’t feel like putting in the time for a good balayage, so he just slapped it on.
Ahhhhh you crack me up Brad! I died when I saw the lines too, hairstylist self was like noooooo.

Yup. In this day and age it's hard to sell your reputation if you can't prove that you produce quality service or products. Online reviews can knock you down instantly.
In this case it does mean something. Celebrities pay for the best of the best when it comes to looks.

Peggy My thoughts exactly!!
Peggy I don't think he took advantage tbh, if you listen to the end of her recent video or her getting it re-dyed she seems sincere and I trust her opinion

Actually she hasn’t got her hair done (colored) in 7 years.

*I’m blind and I’ve had hairdressers jack my hair up; It’s a thing, but just because I’m not able to see me like that, doesn’t mean OTHERS can’t!* 🧐
no hate I'm just confused as to how you typed this comment if you're blind
KatieKat There are voice to text apps...
did i ask you? no :) i asked her.
Oh, side note if interested some adult orientation centers allow people to tour from time to time just to learn more about blindness.
this was the answer i was looking for! i wasn't sure what stage of blindness you were, and these types of things interest me. i was never trying to be rude. it's just amazing to me how blind people do so much despite their disabilities.
bruuuuuh that dye job was roughhhhhhhhh
He knows he’s being filmed, does he have any clue how many subscribers she has? Why did he do such a sloppy job? 😳
Not to mention how many other youtubers would pick it up and how many of their subscribers would see it like Brad here. This guy did her dirty.
Why does she have so many? I watched a couple videos of hers. Just wondering how she blew up
She can see light and shadow. She didn't go blind until she was 14 so she did have some slight perception of color when she was younger(I think) and can remeber that. It also could just be the way it feels. Or the way people react to it/others suggestions/liking he idea of something
Birdie Perchy she has said that visual memory fades
She can remember anything Visual from before she said so her self.
You look good in dark colors omg more dark looks queen
ok good i thought i was the only one that didn’t like molly’s hair
Stella Christopherson same when I saw her video I thought that is not blended.I just thought it was me and then I forgot about it and I see this video.
Same! I thought it could have been so much better.
The whole time the celebrity hairstylist is just talking about himself and name dropping 😂
Brandi Munguia true!!!
