When she's not singing duets with you she could back you up. She sounds better with you than anyone else! her voice is absolutely stunning. But she gets a bit over powering, which on her own is beautiful, but not together. Or she would (of course) go through singing trials with Josh before hand. But yes, the two would be beautiful together singing.
Greg, I know it was 4 years ago and I hope you are well. I' ve never been able to shake this duet from my brain and from my heart all these years later. What's so special about this video is Maude created a chance for her to sing the whole song with Josh, not just the short (but, sensational) piece from Montreal. And, by the way, if you've read up on Maude you will agree she is a wonderful person. I wonder if Josh ever recalls his moment with Maude? When he clutches her hand during their performance I thought it was instant love!!!!!
Just saw this duet very recently. OMG where have i been? This duet pour my emotions out. I love Josh Groban. One in my bucket list to see in a concert one day. This beautiful girl's voice sounds great esp with Josh. They sound and look beautiful together.
Hackensack, NJ (8 miles from Manhattan and Carnegie Hall. Josh, there has to be millions of people who saw this video via fan video's, etc., and most of them are so disappointed (including me) that you never followed up with Maude. I know you've invited many people up to the stage and some of the singers were great and the video's were a lot of fun. But, the one with Maude was MAGIC. When love touches the hearts of everyone in the audience and people watching a video of this at home, most of us began to cry (tears of joy). She was so humble and her voice, wow! The both of you sounded fantastic together. When you reached over to grasp her hand that was an instinctive move you made. Your heart was telling you, "Grab her hand, Josh! She's lovely!" I did find some songs she recorded for you tube and I wrote to her. A long message. A day later she answered and her message was as long as mine. Besides still going to school she was working at a hospital as someone who comforts patients by singing to them. I encouraged her to continue singing, perhaps make a career of it, but she felt she didn't have the right support to do something like that. There was much more but I won't go into it. I'm getting a feeling after so many years you ran into a video of that moment in Montreal and you said to yourself, "Gosh, that was an unbelievable moment. I'm looking at myself and starting to tear up !!!!!" Josh, even if something doesn't come out of it musically speaking, to arrange to have a 'cup of coffee' with her and chat a while would mean the world to her and to you, too!!! Josh, if I don't hear back from you, "Merry Christmas". All of us need to spread our love around to people in our lives during these troubling times in the world. @JoshGroban-wn3bg

She had requested to be one of the people Josh Groban usually pulls out of the audience during his concerts. He was blown away by her singing so he invited her to sing this song at a studio setting which is really nice of her. They sound amazing together !!!
How about you give some credit to the guy who actually put this together instead of making up some wishful thinking story about josh inviting her to a studio. The guy who made this video did a really good job. As far as i can tell he used the audio from Maudes own cover of the song from her channel and mixed it with an studio recording from Josh.
