What I think they can do is that they can just show doctor doom as a post credits scene are a part of the Deadpool movie. But as more movies move on, they can show more of him and show many stuffs like his backstory and how he is doing secret wars. And then when Kang Dynasty comes in, Doom can go ahead and become the villain and defeat the kang war. And make him the new villain for Secret Wars. But then again, it's a theory.

I have a theory:-
In comics, Dr. Doom took away the powers of Beyonders so in MCU he might take away LOKI Who Remains' powers, it is also possible that he has already done that and even TVA does not remember this

Not possible, beyonders exist outside of all timelines. Even if doom manages to steal loki powers, beyonders can crush doom. So Doom have to steal beyonders powers only.
Also when secret wars start, there won’t be any multiverse. There will only be battle world. So no use of loki’s powers.

Cyclops is pretty much what everybody wants him to be but the new X men aren't coming until after secret wars so offering him a role this early wouldn't make sense but I won't complain even if he is Cyclops
But Captain Britain certainly fits in multiverse saga and there was a rumor that there will be a British group of superheros assembling in the mcu and captain Britain is rumored for a long long time

Marvel could establish Dr doom in a way that he was the one controlling Kang and void in which he is slowly gathering all the beings amd in kang dynasty we get get his hint and then it has established itself as a strong harami villain marvel could build up his storyline by a tv series that latin one and perfectly establish him and then start secret wars 😅
In comics dr.doom took powers of beyonders but in mcu dr.doom can help avengers in defeating kang in kang dynasty but in the end he take powers of kang and made his own battleworld

Marvel may do that Kangs come together then TVA with team of heroes will deal them, coz. Kang is the only known enemy at present for TVA and after the end of Kang Dynasty when TVA is weak and heroes have already got damaged, Dr. Doom ( who may appear in Fantastic 4, and in the post credit scene of Fantastic-4, goes to Multiverse or may go to Beyonder/beyonders ) will capture the TVA and make the Void as Battle Arena and will also control that Void’s Guard (Alith), so nobody can exit the arena, and in Deadpool, at the end, Deadpool and Wolverine may get stucked on main Earth or they will come to know about Kangs coming to main Earth so they will go for preparation on Earth , and may help other heroes !! (Just a theory) I don’t think that Marvel would make exact copy of Comic Story
