Remember my dear brothers and sisters, there are wolves in sheep's clothing in our midst. Use discernment and test them by their fruits. The Lord warns of false prophets. Just because it's put out as a "christian" album, does not mean it follows Christ's teachings. "Be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove. Know Biblical Scripture. Study God's word. Seek Godly wise council. Titus/James/Timothy/Acts/Thessalonians, read the books. Hold high reverence for God the Father God the Son God the Holy Spirit. Seek Him with All your heart. Someone else's love for God will never become your own. Seek Him now. Love you all in Christ's beautiful name.

Thank you guys for this and your Indie Worship Playlist on Spotify. It’s tremendously encouraging to see and hear from the body of Christ all around the world with these new songs. This is a big deal! I’ve been praying for this awakening to happen and have been communicating this very thing for a couple of decades to the people I have influence with. To seek the Lord and ask the Holy Spirit to help you create. Be scripturally sound and amazingly artistic for his glory. I love this new sound of worshipers bringing there unique song to the Lord and we can all join in and bring new songs to Him.

I’m an old schooler, and it’s been more than 15 years I have been listening to Sanctus Real (the old songs) and I never get bored. It’s alternative so I don’t know if you guys might like them. I love “The Face Of Love” album.

Thanks for sharing! I’ll have to check out these artists! A few of them have come across on Spotify discover playlists, but most of them I haven’t had the chance to listen to yet :) A few artists I’ve been enjoying listening to lately is Soulbox, Marshall Marshall, and Peabod. They are more in the electronic/pop/hip hop category than indie, but I love having a variety of genres/styles to listen to. Mass Anthem is another one I came across recently, they have a great album of mashups they just released. My favorite song on there is a mashup of stupid deep and sinking deep, it’s sooooo cool when songs are mixed together well.
